Gorgeous Home Away From Home

Another fantastic stay at The Signature Pinnacle! Our fourth vacation in the building and yet another outstanding unit! Clean and gorgeous unit with highly attentive staff. Can't go wrong in choosing S203! Thank you for another restful vacation in PVR!

The condo is very nice and I would definitely recommend. It is in a great central location in the Romantic Zone. The condo has a wonderful balcony with a spacious hot tub. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms is great for two couples. Plus the property has a pool and swim up bar. The bar has evening happy hours that are very popular with people invhe building or people staying close by.

Great Location

I stayed here for a week with my husband and a couple of friends. The location is perfect. It’s right up the hill from the beach and they even have a trolley to tote you up and down the hill. There was another condo being built right across from our patio which was disappointing - it took away from the view and was quite loud but fortunately it gave us more reason to get out and explore during the day. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and customer service was really great. They coordinated our Covid test to take place in our room before we flew back home and it was super breezy.

Stunning condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful! We have been to PVR many times, but loved staying in the Romantic Zone. The beach and many restaurants are extremely close!!! Pool is nice, but they will not let you use the sister resort pool (which in our opinion was nicer). There was loud construction going on right next door. I read that comment below before we left and I was thinking oh it won’t be bad, but it’s literally like the sound of a jack hammer for a long period of the day. Other than the construction it was absolutely perfect. Construction just started so I’m assuming it will continue for a few more months.

Property and service excellent. Construction noise and smell, pretty bad.

We had an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath (!) suite with a private hot tub overlooking the whole old city. We could walk to many restaurants and activities. The suite was well appointed. Plenty of towels and all needed tools in the kitchen, but not so much as a salt and pepper shaker in the way of food. TV including Netflix. The concierge staff was great, including helping us book tours, and all spoke English. They have a shopping list of food and drink items they can have waiting for you in your room, and I wish we had placed that order in advance. Everything was near new and worked fine. We only had one complaint. They are building a new condo tower right across the street. They worked long hours on this project and it was noisy and produced the smell of fuel while they were working. I will admit we enjoyed watching their progress, but even with this interest, it most definitely impacted our enjoyment of the outside space. This construction will go on for a long time as they are just on the foundation. I think it is something that should be disclosed. All in all, this was a great choice for the Puerto Vallarta portion of our honeymoon.
