This house is amazing. The host’s are great. The house comes with all the basic necessities. The views are spectacular. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

The condo was great for our family of 4. It is a short drive into town and area attractions. The outdoor space was great and the kitchen well stocked. Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Having a hot tub on site was great. Pool was a quick walk. Leaving jobs were easy and not overkill. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This place was wonderful! The private hot tub was our favorite after long days of hiking. Rossana was very easy to communicate with and had a list of restaurant and activity suggestions that was so helpful.

We had a wonderful family stay at this Moab Vrbo. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for everyone to spread out. The patio was absolutely fabulous and became our favorite spot to relax in the evenings. After long days of exploring, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.

This place was amazing! The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen/dining area was plenty spacious and the patio was really awesome! Can’t beat the hot tub after a long day hiking around. Definitely would recommend staying here when you’re in Moab!

Laundry room was very clean and accessible. Hot tub was perfectly maintained and private location. House was spotless and clean. Host provided great communication, local tips, and was very responsive. Overall, the best VRBO location I've stayed at. 100% recommend this location for MOAB ease of access and a getaway after. 10 out of 5 stars, we will be back!!

Spotlessly clean, large bedrooms and baths, really well fitted out kitchen, nice appliances and washer/dryer. There are some views from the primary bedroom deck, but otherwise there aren’t any to speak of from the condo. Nice back yard with huge table and really big, fancy grill, other coveted outdoor seating area. The little subdivision it’s in is nice and new and clean, but the location is about 15 mins south of town, 25 min south of the entrance to arches. There is nothing to eat/do within walking distance of that is a concern for you. If you want quiet and a large condo that’s clean and comfortable, this is a good one. They could use more seating in the living room to accomodate the amount of people that can sleep there, there’s just a love seat and two dining-style chairs.

Absolutely beautiful!! Very homey and her recommendations were over the top! I’d fly in just to stay here… we walked and shopped the town and everyone was very friendly.

Great stay in great location

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, well maintained and in a good location just outside the main city center. We were able to easily check-in/out and everything we wanted to get to was super close. It was a nice & quiet neighborhood so we were able to rest after long active days! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Loved Our Stay!

We did a short getaway trip to Moab with our 3 grandchildren and were so happy to find this lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. We liked the quiet neighborhood location and that with just a short drive, we were able to enjoy all that Moab had to offer. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas and the beautiful views.

Gorgeous property

Wonderful stay for our family. Conveniently located to National parks, host very responsive to questions. Enjoyed meals outside on the patio and sitting on the deck off the bedroom. Amazing experience and highly recommend!!
