Easter in Fayetteville

The property was in a great neighborhood and had plenty of room! The host was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was super easy! Recommend this property and there’s a fenced yard if you’ve got kids!

Quiet Neighborhood

We’ve been staying in noisy, cramped hotels the past 2 yrs. & it was so nice to stay in a spacious home with everything we needed & so close to many things. Hope it’s available for future trips!

LSU Weekend Getaway

Great find!

Used this location as a gathering spot for graduation weekend. Easy to accommodate for lots of out of town guests for meals. Everything was perfect. Like being at home.

Fantastic Home

We stayed here during The World Cyclocross Championships. The house was exactly as advertised and David was very prompt in responding to our questions before our stay. The property is less than 2 miles from Centennial Park and 10 minutes from downtown. Next time I go to Northwest AR to go mountain biking, this is where we will stay.

Average home but wouldn’t recommend

The property owner is a bit quirky. We hadn’t even unloaded our luggage and wanted to know when we were checking out pushing us to leave early so the cleaning lady could start for the next rental. One of my guests ordered a $20.00 movie series while we were there. I hadn’t made it to my driveway before I was notified of the charge. Never mind that I paid a premium for a bike rally weekend that was canceled. I wouldn’t suggest this property.

University of AR Family weekend

We rented this house for family weekend. It was close to campus and perfect for our families. We could easily get to campus & enjoyed the evening at the house playing games. Saturday morning we realized the hot water wasn’t working in a shower on one side of the house but it did work in the other shower so it didn’t really concern us. I text the owner to see if there was some trick or something. He got right back with me. His suggestion didn’t really fix the problem but again we had the other shower that did work so we were fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property for a good time with great friends

Spent the weekend with friends to attend the big game. Beautiful home that was big enough for 8. House was extremely well kept, check in was easy & we were all comfortable & had a great time. Location is great for access to town & dining etc. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Close to EVERYTHING

This location is close to all the activities that we enjoy! The U of A is just a short drive away, Baum Stadium is about 5-7 minutes away. Close to great restaurants and the Catfish Hole! Great space for everyone!
