All our small studios have kitchenettes with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and cutleries . We have limited *** AIR CONDITIONED UNITS*** please contact us before booking.
Each building has a laundry room with washing machine and dryers, which gives you that little help if you are travelling for a longer period. Please note there is no lift in the building as the area is a conservation area.

The studios are spread on half of the crescent, over 11 buildings with a secure entrance. The location is a quiet and secluded street with a petite garden and tennis courts.
Continuing the crescent it will take you to Brunswick Shopping Centre and Marchmont Street. A charming street with plenty shops, restaurants and a cinema away from the hustle and bustle of Euston Road.

Set within two main railway and underground stations, Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras with links to the whole country and international links to Europe with the Eurostar.

The room was as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The area is quiet. The shower is a bit tight - Very good restaurants nearby.

We got one of the few rooms without a cooktop. I asked for a change and we got it, after four days. The rooms are fully functional, but they are very small. Only one side of the bed has access, and the plug is buried behind the bed. The shower had great pressure, but the shower space was very small. The toaster set off the smoke detector. Overall this place worked, but just be prepared for the cramped space. The hosts onsite were very helpful, especially with the mid-stay move. Laundry facilities work great, they are a common facility in the building. The building also has a common lounge, which has its own cooking facility and worked great for a late-night meeting.

Teeny and noisy

We rented a superior studio on the main floor, knowing that the place is on a quiet crescent. The room was small, the bathroom minuscule. But the worst thing was that renovations or repairs got underway outside our window at 7 am, which was torture. The staff assured us that it was for one day only, which turned out not to be true. It was fine when the noise stopped.

Nice but noisy

The room was very nice but quite small room. It was very clean and we were comfortable until our neighbors came home that night. They were very loud all night and were smoking. Due to one of the windows being painted open, we smelled and heard everything the whole night. The mix of the noise and cigarette smoke made it impossible to sleep. We were only there one night, but we hope they fixed the window by now. As a small note, I booked this location from VRBO, but in the UK its known as Expedia. Apparently they use another company to do their main booking and have VRBO as a second booking location. So when I was communicating my flight delay here on VRBO, they didn't communicate it with the main company so they put me down as a "no-show" and gave away my room. It was extremely frustrating on both sides, but I was able to get a room after all was said and done. The staff were very nice and apologetic. Make sure you have all your paperwork in order when you go to check in...
