Au dernier étage (avec ascenseur) d'un bâtiment de 1600 siècle, cet appartement de 70m² récemment rénové avec une vue imprenable et une terrasse sur le Campo de Fiori offre la base idéale pour une immersion totale dans l'histoire et le charme de l'ancienne Rome. L'entrée de l'appartement donne sur un grand et lumineux salon et salle à manger (avec TV, chaîne stéréo, lecteur DVD), qui comprend une table à manger pour quatre et un grand canapé-lit qui peut accueillir deux personnes. Suivant est une chambre spacieuse avec un lit queen, un grand placard et une commode. La cuisine en marbre est entièrement rénové et équipé. La salle de bains en marbre comprend une baignoire et une douche. Une machine à laver est disponible pour les longs séjours. Perfect central location for sightseeing in Rome, We stayed for 5 nights and would absolutely recommend. Two mini-split AC units worked great for a late July stay with 100 degree days.

What an awesome experience! The location was PERFECT for all we needed and wanted to do. The Terrace was adorable and the accommodations were big and comfortable. It was 96 out and so hot, The air was on when we arrived. When we left for the day, we would turn on the air conditioning off and back on when we came in, it cooled down very quickly. We did not want to leave it on all day and waste electricity. The host was so kind and gave us suggestions on where to eat and were quickly available for all questions we had! It was our anniversary and they even left us champagne! I would highly recommend this VRBO! 10 stars!

What a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Rome! Campo de Fiori is the perfect location from which to explore the city. The terrace is lovely and a delightful place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the Campo or watching the seagulls and hooded crows. The A/C kept us nice and cool (during our stay average temps in Rome were 95-100). The bed is large and very comfortable. The lift (elevator) was a welcome amenity. Check in was easy (Angela was delightful!) and Enrique, though we never met him, was quick to communicate and checked in on us during our stay. This apartment was our Roman sanctuary and escape from the heat. If this rental is available, and you're looking for a fantastic spot for a Roman holiday, book it now! Perfect for a couple who want a charming location and easy access to Roman attractions. Thanks Enrique and Angela for helping make our 25th anniversary trip to Rome one we'll never forget! This apartment was perfect for our stay! Honestly, you don’t have to leave Campo if you don’t want to- it has everything you need right there. The restaurants were excellent, gelato nearby, a grocery store, meat and cheese shops, and fun shopping. As for the apartment itself, it was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. We had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening out there. We appreciated the umbrella to help with the sun. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and it was quiet when we shut the shutters at night.Our host was very helpful and welcoming. It was nice to meet his mother-in-law at check in. The directions were clear for how to use the amenities, and check out was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property is ideally situated within Rome. Short walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, Jewish Ghetto as well as Trastevere. The host is very responsive to text messages, check in process is very easy and the apartment is as described. It was absolultely fantastic. We had an 11 and 7 year old on the pull out sofa and the king bed in the room was amazing. We enjoyed multiple bottles of wine on the patio! My only gripe is that we didn’t stay another night. :). Owners and checkin people were so wonderful and amazing!!

Emanuel is a true host with a flat he should be proud of. This is a very old place with fresh details along with keeping to the 1600's building features. We have been to Rome many times and we always stay in the Campo area. This is first time right on the market, The square as to be expected it is very lively. Cant beat the Campo for best location in Rome

Such an amazing rental apartment. Everything was great from start to finish. We are a small Canadian family living in the forest and somehow this apartment right in the center of Rome felt like HOME. The hosts were beyond helpful with the check-in process and communication and local recommendations. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, charming and the terrasse was definitely the highlight of it. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere to every main Rome attraction from it with our baby in her stroller. Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. Best place to stay in Rome! Centrally located, literally within minutes of so many sights and attractions! The Piazza that we overlooked was thriving during the day with a beautiful market, and very romantic at night. So many good restaurants steps from the door! We enjoyed the outdoor rooftop terrace each night, as it had a beautiful view of the neighborhood and Piazza. Our host Enrique was extremely responsive, assisted us with several transportation needs, and answered any questions we had! We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful home base for Roman holiday

Apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Great view of Campo dei Fiori and perfect home base to walk to all the sites in Rome. Owners were absolutely love and had great advice on restaurants and shops nearby. So glad we had this apartment to call home during our stay. Would recommend highly!!!

Roman Holiday

My husband and I stayed at the spacious apartment from 5-31-14 to 6-8-14. Great location, Forno pizza was the best, balcony was wonderful, and driver to pickup at the airport made it so easy. we had a perfect vacation thanks to our accommodations. Just Perfect in every way

What a beautiful apartment so central and within walking distance to everything! Everything we needed was right there. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The noise from the square was not an issue as the windows kept the noise out. And super responsive host who communicated every step of the way! Added bonus of pick up at airport. Our family of four had a great time. Will return!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

This place is a dream. My kids watched the square all day and all night, but we heard no noise once we closed door and windows. Patio space is huge and entertaining as market sets us each morning and nightlife picks up each evening. We walked to almost al sights in Rome. Best pizza in Rome a 5 minute walk away. Gelataria Teatro 10 minute walk away (we went daily!). We met Enrique and Angela, who are both very kind and helpful. Enrique arranged a driver to/from the airport for less than a taxi. Amazing experience!

We were 5 days in Rome in the middle of April. This apartment was everything we had expected. The apartment is situated in the middle of Rome, and we did'nt need bus or metro. Everything was in a walking distance. The apartment is very nice and clean, and it is as you see it on the photos. We enjoyed very much the terrace. The owner Enrique is extremely helpfull and a very kind man. It was a lovely time in this apartment, and we will sure be back another time. Our favorit restaurant: Ristorante Scampo,(the opposit corner of Campo de Fiora). Steen and Dorthe from Denmark.

Great location!

Enrique's apartment was in a great location - within a 15-25 minute walk to all the major sites! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we absolutely LOVED having drinks on the terrace every night before dinner while listening to the musicians playing in the piazza below! It was perfect. Enrique was incredibly responsive and great to work with - he even arranged a driver to bring us to the airport (who I would HIGHLY recommend) for less than the price of a taxi! The only improvement I can think of is making the air conditioner stronger in the living room since it didn't cool the room down completely, but that's probably just because it was a 100 degrees in Rome while we were there. We would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Rome!
