Pam, thank you for your review and feedback from your stay at the beautiful Surf Charlotte property! I am sorry to hear that our services did not live up to your expectations but would love some more detail on what you did not like so we can try to improve if you'd like to send us an e-mail. We provide a starter pack of basic items to get you going like one toilet paper and soap per bathroom, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher pod, paper towels, and will be adding additional amenities next year. All of which are expressed on the contract, the guest app, and on our website so our guests know what to bring! There is no extra charge for having beds made currently, as we are not making beds at all due to the ongoing COVID pandemic to keep our guest's safety in mind which has been a common adaptment amongst property management companies throughout the region. As an aside, we want to keep the guest cost as low as possible which is why you only pay for what you need, so if additional towels are needed for example, they can be added for an extra fee allowing guests to costs for services they won't use. There is an outdoor shower in the carport of the unit, sounds like you were unable to find that! Give our office a call next time if you have any issues or questions with the property and we can help you work through them. We are not your typical "VRBO" rental, as stated on the property page, but a professional property management company. If you are after that experience be sure to seek out individual owners instead. We've been in business for over 70 years for a reason, making memorable and exciting vacation experiences. We are sorry to hear we missed the mark on your stay and hope you will still consider renting with us again. Surf Charlotte is a wonderful unit that has all the comforts of home with every detail fully thought out by the lovely homeowners. The sand starts from the driveway and you are on the beach to enjoy all WB has to offer. Truly something to return for.

Our pet fees are very similar, if not less, than other local property management companies. We include this fee to accommodate for extra cleaning typically needed after a pet stay, also for any damages that may occur during the guests' stay. We are disheartened this impacted your stay, but hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the large porch and the easy walk to the beach!
