Step onto the expansive oceanfront covered deck, ideal for outdoor dining or quiet afternoons with the sound of the waves. Sliding glass doors open to a bright, open living and dining space filled with natural light and refined coastal décor. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware, appliances, and storage. A conveniently tucked-away laundry center completes the space.

The property sits between two nearby public beach accessesâScotch Bonnet and Seahorseâand just down the road, youâll find a public kayak launch at Sandpiper, making it easy to paddle out and explore the water.
Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
