South Gulf Gate est un quartier résidentiel très populaire car il est proche de tout:
Plages de Siesta Key, tennis, golf, shopping, restaurants .... vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo dans les rues et dans une réserve naturelle à 1,5 pâtés de maisons.
Ce domaine est un mélange de retraités, de jeunes professionnels et de familles en pleine croissance.
Il est situé à 10 minutes en voiture de Siesta Key Beach (environ 6 km), à 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle et Lido Key, Longboat Key, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport SRQ Sarasota / Bradenton.

We had a nice 2 day stay. 2 things I would recommend is creamer and sugar for the kurig coffee. Channel guide for the tv. Could not find live news channels. Location was very convenient to Siesta Keys. Will stay here again next time we visit the area

The host was very nice and respectful. The living space was good for us since it was just my wife and I with our 2 little dogs. Location could be any better. Minutes away from everything your heat desires. Would stay here again. Just wish we couldve stayed longer.

Overall great stay for what we needed. Close to the beach. Washed and dryer was a big plus. Outdoor area was nice to sit out in the morning.

What something COZY!! This is an excellent place

If your looking for a truly Cozy place that's in a great location you have to stay here. It has everything a couple needs to be comfortable while enjoying your time in Sarasota/Siesta keys. My wife and I plan to return and would and will recommend the Cozy Apartment to all of our friends.

Peaceful and Serene

Let me start by saying this review should have been completed sooner. Once back home from the trip, we got caught up in the holidays and I didn't post anything. When logging on to scheduled trips for this year, I realize I still had not posted a review and I apologize. Sophie and Christopher were great hosts. There's been a lot of effort put into this small area to make it feel larger than it is. Small, but beautiful. I would definitely stay her again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Delightful, cozy, Private apartment!

Such a beautiful clean apartment, cozy and well taken care of the surroundings! Wonderful for two! You have your own private entrance and parking. Host-Chris and Sophie_ are prompt to respond to messages, attentive and hospitable! Definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for an extended weekend and had the absolute best experience. Sophie, the owner of the attached house is absolutely wonderful and walked us through everything we needed to know when we arrived. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet Christopher in person but we’re sure he’s equally as wonderful! The place is cozy and comfortable and we look forward to staying again. Would give 10 stars if we could!

Beach vacation.

We had such a wonderful week and our time spent at this VRBO was so relaxing. Beautiful backyard and extremely quiet. We were a very short drive to Siesta Key and close to great places to eat. The rain shower in the bathroom was very nice it had salon quality shampoo and conditioner. Washer and dryer was very convenient. Christopher was excellent directing our arrival. We will definitely be back.☀️🌊😎

Sarasota Stay

Sarasota was great as always, the accommodation whilst adequate and in a great location had a few shortcomings. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired particularly as the host employed a cleaner. Some of the furnishings were tired and needed to be replaced. At the end of the day the accommodation served its purpose..

Check in was pretty stressful. The key was no where to be found at first. Was not where it was to be. Contacted the homeowner at 6:00 pm and they didn’t get back till 2:00 am. Luckily I found it otherwise we would have been stranded. The unit was clean, very quiet and in a nice neighborhood.

Great home base!

I selected this location because it was close to where I needed to be for a business trip. I extended my time to finish with a mini vacation. Location is perfect for exploring multiple venues. VERY close to a nature reserve and minutes away from the beach. My hostess was wonderfully attentive and I was quickly comfortable striking up conversations. She was attentive and understanding of my time. I would highly suggest this property if you are looking for a quiet home base to work and play from. Thank you for the lovely accommodations.

This little in-law suite is adorable. They used the limited space wisely. The neighborhood is very quiet. Some sidewalks in the area but not a lot. Still, I felt safe walking alone in the dark. The accommodations were not real clean. There was hair in the shower drain, food in the sink drain, and crumbs on the counter. The place could also use a good wipe down: fans and lights are thick with dust. Overall, super cute, but not super clean. It did the job though: we just needed a place to rest our heads. And rest we did.
