Belle, une grande chambre à part. dans une maison victorienne mise à jour, au cœur du quartier historique de Beach Haven, en face de Bi-Centennial / Veterans Park, asseyez-vous sous le porche de cette belle maison et voyez le monde passer (pluie ou éclat), ou promenez-vous dans les rues tout autour cette maison et sentez que vous êtes dans une zone spéciale avec de beaux victoriens du début du siècle et de magnifiques Shore Cottages.
Grande cour, la propriété est clôturée, idéale pour les enfants à jouer, également le parc du bicentenaire de l'autre côté de la rue offre un plus grand terrain de jeu pour les grands groupes de jeux.
Appartement très propre et rénové, avec comptoir en granit. À quelques pas de la plage avec toutes les commodités, y compris le WiFi et un beau porche couvert face au Bicentennial / Veterans Park. Écoutez et voyez les concerts du mercredi soir depuis notre véranda.

LBI PERFECT LOCATION

I have been staying on LBI for my vacations for 35 years, my family and I have always found the most wonderful hosts and homes. This was no exception, great host and place in my favorite, Beach Haven. Absolutely beautiful place and location.

Great location.

We were in town for a wedding and this rental was perfect for my family of three. We tacked on an extra day to enjoy the beach and Fantasy Island. Everything was in walking distance from the property so it was nice not needing to move the car after we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Last minute getaway

This was just a quick getaway for a few days to relax by the beach. The location was perfect. Even in the off season there were enough restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the beach was right there. Maria was very helpful and accommodating.

Labor Day getaway

We booked this unit last minute and we had a great stay! The unit is in the best location! So close to the beach and we didn’t use our car once! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Also, The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again!

We were on LBI for a family wedding. We were thrilled with our accommodations. Close to the wedding venue. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. A true gem.

May Vacation

My husband and I stayed in Apt 4. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Great location to restaurants, supermarket and especially the beach. Lovely porch to sit and enjoy the day and view. Maria and Paulo were wonderful hosts. We plan to stay here in the future.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is cozy and charming and so close to the beach. We loved the porch and took advantage of the big side yard to catch some sun (too windy for the beach). One of the best things was to host Maria, who was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider renting here again.

Great Beach Getaway

The home is beautiful and was super clean. There is an adorable porch for sitting out with your coffee or enjoying a book. We enjoyed the house and the location is near to many stores and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner made our rental process easy and was very friendly and courteous, she made us feel very welcome! We highly recommend this home.

We are so happy we found this home! Perfectly sized for my family of three, clean, well kept, close to the beach, and close to the places that my daughter wanted to visit. I highly recommend this home (but not during the week I want to return next year 😀).

Location, Location, Location!!!

Beach House 4 is unbeatable, if you want to be next to the beach and only blocks away from countless shops and restaurants! It's a small apartment in an old Victorian with 4 dwellings and while not fancy, the hosts are kind and accomodating and your front yard is a park with free concerts, artist markets and locals walking dogs. So much fun and perfect for a couple or family with one child!!!
