Tout nouveau condo Gulf Front 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain! Condo a DSL (Internet haute vitesse). 2 lits doubles dans la chambre principale 1 lit queen dans la 2e chambre. TV et DVD dans le salon, TV dans la 2ème chambre. Escalier (pas d'ascenseur au complexe). Cette propriété loue du samedi au samedi (7 nuits) pendant les mois de juin, juillet; tous les autres mois ont un minimum de 3 nuits. We really enjoyed our stay! The view to the beach was perfection! I enjoyed coffee on the balcony looking at the water every morning. Condo is well equipped and had what we needed. The location was nice especially if you prefer a less crowded part of the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location with a more quiet part of the beautiful Pensacola beach. Condo is right on the beach as noted in the pictures. Very comfortable stay for our family of 4 and had room for more.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful condo, ocean front. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Plenty of utensils, dishes and pans. They provide one day of Laundry soap, toiletries. It is up one flight of steps up to first floor. Host communication was great.

Spring Break trip

Property ia exactly as shown in listing; very clean and updated with all the dishes, etc we needed to cook a few meals. PERFECT location...truly just a few steps to the beach. Weather did not cooperate this week, but still enjoyed the property. Will try to stay here again next summer.
