We had all our questions answered promptly and the location was perfect. It overlooked the Isla Verde beach and was across the street from a variety of restaurants and a very large drugstore. The supermarkets were close by as well. Security was first rate as well. I would return to this rental and recommend it highly.

Super Nice Condo right on the Beach - spectacular viewsfrom the 14th floor. Lots of eateries within walking distanceand a Walgreens directly across the street. Condo had everything we needed - highly recommend staying here at Maribel's.

This apartment was great! Located in Marbella del Caribe right in the center of Isla Verde beach. Direct beach access from the property, nice swimming pool and a coin operated laundry room. Tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance and under 10 Uber from airport or 10-15 from building to Old San Juan. This apartment was very clean, has an amazing view and 24 hour security at the front door. I've stayed in many units at Marbella and this is one of the better 1 bedroom size units available. Highly recommended to rent this unit!

Absolutely beautiful we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. This is not a resort or a hotel. This is someone’s house and everything was great close to everything right on the beach Close to the airport 10/10

We had an amazing time in Isla Verde, especially lazy mornings drinking coffee and staring out at the ocean. The views from the balcony are spectacular. Overall, the apartment fit our needs. It’s quiet, comfortable, clean, very close to a beautiful stretch of beach and there are a lot of good dining options within walking distance. There’s also a Walgreens right across the street, which was convenient, and a casino down the road. There were a couple of minor issues, which we discussed with the owner privately and she was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Great stay in Isla Verde. Condo was well depicted on the website. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The condo was also very accessible by walking to restaurants. Only negative was that there was construction starting every morning around 9am and it was extremely loud. I know it was not their fault but a bit annoying. Definitely would recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Spot

I enjoyed this property very much. The condo was very secure and safe for a woman traveling alone. Despite the initial hiccup of the A/C being down the first night, it was so comfortable! The host was so accommodating in offering me another condo for the night, but I declined. The secure designating parking in the underground garage was once again a comfort. I would HIGHLY suggest this as a #1 choice when visiting Carolina PR

Great view and location!

This place was perfect for my trip to Puerto Rico. The view from the balcony is amazing and steps away from the beach. It has all the amenities you could need including some bug spray, sunscreen and beach towels. The area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and bars near by. The location to the airport is also great! The pool is nice but since this is a condo, there is no alcohol allowed which was kind of a bummer but still felt great! Overall, I would recommend!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay in Isla Verde on our favorite beach in Puerto Rico. The owner responded quickly to all questions and the property manager resolved an issue with the parking lot beeper as quickly as possible. The condo is located in an area where restaurants and entertainment are walkable and local food places and tourist locations are all a short drive. Highly recommend!

Great view! Needs a good cleaning!

The apartment was nice and looks like the pictures shown! Easy access to the beach and plenty of food options near by. There is also a Walgreens right across the street which was a big plus! Maribel had beach towels and has two chairs in the apartment if needed. She was also very quick on answering my messages and allowed me access to the apartment an hour early! The downfalls would be that when you first walk into the apartment the air is not turned on so it smells very musty. When the air goes off and on it is very loud. There was also mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and mold in the bedroom behind the bed on the baseboards. If this place could get a very good scrubbing and the mold taken care of it would be a 10/10!

Spectacular view. Best of both worlds, beach on 1 side -city on the other. Very walkable. Kitchen needs good scrubbing. Was hoping to do some cooking instead of constantly having to go out to eat but the cookware was not what you would expect in a vrbo. Old dirty kitchen had moldy broken drain . A heavy cleaning and a view items replaced and this place would be amazing. Beach lounge chairs only $4 a day rite in front of building. Also need fob to get in and Out of every where at condo . Only having 1 was very inconvenient …

Nice place in a great location.

We spent 4 full days, and enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for our needs. We rented a car, so having the parking space was a plus. There was a mix-up with the check in instructions, which caused a delay for us to get into the property. There was also an issue with the garage access remote, which was wasn’t working and needed to be replaced, which Maribel was able to resolve. The condo was tidy and organized, but could use a deep cleaning. No major issues, outside of the coffee maker that’s on its last leg, and needs to be replaced. The view from the balcony and easy beach access was great. Decent selection of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so that was good as well. If I had a complaint it would be the slow response time from the property owner. There were several messages that took a while to get a response. That would be my biggest complaint. Other than that, I would recommend this place for future travel.

The receptionist at the front of the building was always very cordial and friendly towards us. The check-in directions seemed lengthy but were overall easy to follow. We liked having the assigned parking space for our rental car. It was very easy accessing the beach from the property. You literally take the elevator down to the lobby and then you exit through the gates with your key fob and you’re right at the beach. The apartment had an incredible, unobstructed view! Beach chairs and ice coolers were provided for us along with a beach towel and a boogie board. Our refridgerator was broken and some days did not cool forcing us to discard our leftover food. The shower is incredibly small and ours was severely clogged the entire time forcing us to wear shower shoes because the water was so high. Also, the bed was broken and sounded as if it was going to cave in. There is also no washer or dryer in the apartment. The only thing we liked about the place was the beautiful view and the friendly staff.

Beautiful location

Pictures look exactly like the property. Clean, beautiful location and they do have a hair dryer...so no need to pack one. Walgreens across the road and restaurants very close to walk. We had a minor issue with the window (blind) in the living room area. We had lowered it for privacy, but when we tried to pull the string to raise it back up it disconnected and we were unable to attach it. The blind had to stay down the entire time. I did message right away but never heard back. The A/C went out the last few days so it was hot....but overall we enjoyed our stay. Safe and excellent location. We would stay there again.

This is a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The beach is easy to get to as it is right in front of you! The kitchen was well stocked and there were extra beach towels and linens. Beach chairs were also provided. There is underground parking for your rental car and the free bus to Old San Juan stops right in front of the building. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The city had a problem with water cooling but the owner rushed right over and installed a portable air conditioner for us. We stayed here for a month and I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. I would love to go back.

Morning coffee on the balcony priceless1

Very nice condo. Better instructions as to use of the 5 remotes in the small condo would have been appreciated. Nicely furnished but the TV stand in the bedroom was broken and leaning. The pool was closed all day on our 3rd day, apparently for unscheduled cleaning but there was no signage or other information provided by staff. The gate was just padlocked.
