In san juan for family wedding at Fairmont, 4 person stay at Coral Bay made the finances work, less than 25% of price per person, with only a 2 block walk. And the same beach!

Puerto Rico trip

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our host was always available and flexible with check in times. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you need. The best part is the fact that the beach is right outside of the condo. It’s also on the strip close to clubs, food, and casino will definitely stay there again.

On the beach

This apartment was spotless and beautiful. It was right on the beach, which was great! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset. There was all the necessities provided, quickly making us feel at home.

Isla Verde Stay

This was the best stay in Isla Verde up to this point. Really Clean, Safe and roomy. The ideal location just a 3 minute walk from the El San Juan Hotel and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The Host responded to my text within 5 minutes. Your own parking spot definitely came in handy. Definitely saving the contact information for when I return again. Thank you

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay, property was just as clean as the photos show. (Sometimes this is not the case!) Host purchased a pack and play for our visit which was very generous. Lots of amenities throughout the property, walking distance to restaurants. (Our personal favorite was Cochea! We went twice during our stay) Beautiful beach out front, if you want a less crowded option though drive to La Posita beach. We would stay at this property again! :)

Great location

Pros: Overall our stay was great. The unit was clean and well kept. The complex has a very nice pool and direct access to a beautiful clean beach and gated security entrance. Assigned parking spot was a plus. Walking distance to restaurants as well as a casino. Beach chains and cooler came in handy. Cons: The kitchen cookware could use a refresh. Plastic plates, bowls and cups need to go. Carpet in the hallways of the building were very dated.

Five Stars All Around!

We are a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Mini vacation to celebrate son's birthday. The unit was exactly as described. Clean, functional, great location, plenty of A/C, beds & pillows were comfy, including LR futon. We felt totally safe on the property as well as walking around to restaurants (Lupi's is our favorite!) and shops. The Pharmacy across the street has everything you need at really good prices. Will is a great host and was very patient and responded quickly to my many questions. (I don't use the App, so I'm thankful for the speedy replies and assistance.) He also gave us a great recommendation for a church nearby. Overall very positive experience for me and my family and we'd definitely recommend! Also, my mom stayed in a unit close by and she too had all positive feedback. We are thankful to have found this gem on the beach and hope to return sooner than later!

Excellent Rental in Isla Verde

After many stays over the years in Puerto Rico, this rental exceeded all of our expectations. The owner has recently completely renovated this property, and the design and attention to detail as far as what renters need during a tropical stay raises the bar. The pictures do not do it justice. The check in process was smooth, the security on the property is friendly and helpful. The amenities included are beyond most places, lots of extra items such as bedding, beach chairs, laundry in unit added to the positive experience, as well as many others. Add to that the immaculate cleanliness of the unit, and the furniture selected, both inside and out on the balcony really shows the great care taken in making this unit a model for other property owners. The property owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. In addition, if you are looking for a great place to stay, and don't want to rent a car, this is the place for you. This is one of the walkable neighborhoods you will find in Purto Rico, with many restaurants, stores such as CVS, convenience stores and others within a 5 minute walk from the property, as well as Alambique Beach right in front of the property. The airport is also a short 5 minute drive away. If you do rent a car, as we did, there is ample parking right on the property. In closing, this is my favorite rental I have done in Puerto Rico. Highly recommended and I will always try to book this place if available.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Very comfortable and a newly renovated apartment, everything in the apartment is new. Perfect for business trips, and romantic couple's getaways. . The best part is truly the location. This Building is honestly the best situated building in Islaverde. It's located right next to the Royal Sonesta (formerly intercontinental hotel) and 2 minutes form the San Juan Hotel. No need to drive if you are going to enjoy the nightlife those two hotels offer. Private access to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. If you decide to rent a car, the apartment comes with a designated parking spot for your convenience. After staying in this building, you would not want to stay at another building in the area. It happened to me.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 24 hour Security, Beach Access, Uber will arrive within 3 minutes, cabs are available, public transportation stops in front of the building. 10-15 cab ride from The Condado area, La Placita, Old San Juan, plaza las Americas Mall. Just steps from Restaurants like Entrevinos, Metropol, Ceviche house. Breakfast at Mi Casita, Bistro, Market place and a most go for drinks, lunch and dinner right at the beach is El Alambique. (must go). All within steps from the building (except for Ceviche house) about a quarter of a mile west. Perfect location. Best located building in the area.
