Summer Knights; 5 bed 6 bath house with amazing ocean views!!

5 Bedroom/ 4 full, 2 half bath: 1 King, 2 Queens, 4 sets of twin Bunks, and a memory foam sleeper sofa. Reverse floor plan with expansive ocean views: upstairs living and dining room, well equipped kitchen with dedicated ice machine, additional sitting area on 1st floor with wet bar, refrigerator, and 70in smart TV with Blu ray player, ceiling fans throughout, wireless internet access and tastefully decorated. Large backyard with charcoal grill, picnic table, and outside shower. All bedrooms have access to a covered deck or enjoy for beautiful sunsets and views of the lighthouse from the crow’s nest. Beach access is less than 100 yards away and the Ocean Crest Fishing pier and Island Way restaurant are approximately 200 yards away. Board games, toys, movies, and books are available. Home has a 3 stop elevator. In season 7 night minimum off season 4 nights.

Great pool, beautiful house. I never knew I needed a stand alone ice maker, but it was definitely a bonus! Very short walk to the beach, and very nice central location. The crow’s nest was a nice touch, and a great place to spend some quiet time. Also loved the pinball machines and foosball table!

Summer Knights Did Not Disappoint.

Michael was a great host! Responded to all my questions and concerns right away. The house was the perfect house for us, we had a total of 12 people and everyone had a bed which was a bonus. Sufficient bathrooms. We went mid July which was a very hot month, but it didn’t matter the house stayed nice and cool. No problem whatsoever with the air conditioner. Having the ice maker fridge was an absolute bonus for our refreshments, we never ran out! Pool was where we spent most of our days. Perfect size for our group. As far as cleanliness, for the most part it was a clean well kept house. Overall, we would come back and stay here again. Summer Knights ~ Thank you for the wonderful memory for our family.

Disappointing Stay: Stains and Arcade Woes Overshadowed a Promising Location

The location of the home was indeed convenient, with its proximity to the beach providing easy access to the shoreline. However, our overall experience during our stay at this VRBO rental only merits a 2-star review. Unfortunately, our vacation was marred by several disappointing aspects, particularly concerning the arcade and stain issues. Upon arrival, we were unsettled to find grotesque carpet stains in two rooms, which were not addressed or compensated for by the owner despite reporting them immediately and with pictures. This led to us and our children having to endure unsightly and unhygienic conditions during our stay, which impacted our vacation experience but we simply moved on in hopes not to ruin a wonderful time. Moreover, the arcade devices, which were a critical deciding factor in choosing this home, turned out to be completely inoperable. The excitement and anticipation our children had for the arcade were shattered, and the delayed response from the owner added to our initial disappointment and frustration. While the location was appealing, it's essential for the owner to address and rectify these critical issues with the arcade and carpet stains to improve the rental experience for future guests. We hope that by sharing our concerns, other renters can be more informed about the potential drawbacks and make an informed decision before booking this property.

Family fun

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The pinball game was a huge hit with the teenagers and dads. The layout worked perfectly for our family with teens and family on one level and the younger one and family on the main level. The games and activities available were awesome for all ages. Also the beach is an easy walk and the canal is a short walk too. We had a great week!

Great place for 3 families with kids

We enjoyed our long weekend for Memorial Day with friends and family. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. We also enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Summer Knights is amazing!!

Being able to walk across the street to the beach was perfect. The crows nest above the roof is an awesome spot that allows you to see unobstructed views of the sunset and sunrise. The grocery store, kids splash park, fishing pier, and restaurants are all convenient to the house. The house is very spacious with plenty of bunk beds for the kids. Two separate rooms for entertaining on family game or movie night is the perfect ending to the day. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to make life long memories with their family and friends!!
