Amazing House

Beautiful house located walking distance to so many great parts of Bend. The layout of the house was perfect for getting our family together. The river views made for a relaxing mini vacation.

Awesome summer stay

We had an epic family get together at this wonderful house. The location was perfect for us to enjoy lots of river time (easy access) and be centrally located to all of the rest of Bend’s awesomeness. Great layout, huge kitchen, huge doors to keep open all day long and hang out on the large deck areas. Central A/C to help sleep after we closed up for the night. We didn’t want to leave!

In the heart of it!

We have rented a lot of different homes in the Bend area and by far this one has the most incredible location! The home doesn’t just have location, it has a wonderful open floor plan, plus beautiful high end finishes, and a patio area worth dreaming of! This home was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!

Daughter Water Estate's multiple levels of both interior and exterior living space make it the perfect venue for a large family gathering. Intimate and yet spacious, the home comfortably accommodates large groups for meals and yet people can find many nooks and crannies to snuggle into to have rejuvenating alone time. Very nearly perfect stay in Bend! 4 stars as outside had not been cleaned up from pine needles in quie a while. Great location for walks, skiing, park and river view is fabulous (sunrise!!) Kichen/dining perfect for large crowd cooking and dining in.FYI oven takes 30 minutes to preheat to 350. Great spaces for spreading out, puzzles upsairs and TV downstairs. (Never did get the DVD downstairs to work). Garage filled with outdoor gear but still room for one car.We found this house to be just right for what we wanted for our 50th anniversary family reunion.

We absolutely loved the house and its location. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean and high quality bedding. The kitchen was full of appliances anyone would need. The house offers luxury, comfort and convenience. We had an exceptional time and customer support was always available for any questions.

Great time in Bend!

Had a fabulous July 4th in Bend. River home had everything we ever could need! Well stocked supplies, river toys, beds were great and we cooked all week! Debbie was great to work with and was available if I had any concerns or questions. Great service!! Great location between Old Mill and Downtown Bend. We will definitely be back!

Daughter Water Estate is the premier location for enjoying 4th of July in Bend! Right on the river, you can enjoy the Freedom Ride that channels over the walking bridge, get dazzled by the endless array of floatiess that the drift past our two docks and even see the fireworks from the second level deck. AMAZING!

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful property to allow us to check our OSU Bend campus for our daughter. The home was spectacular. Location allowed us to conveniently walk downtown. Home is equipped with all of the amenities you'd expect at this price point. We cannot wait to go back frequently should our daughter decide Bend is her next home.

Fabulous experience

This is an amazing home and property on the river. Amazing art from all over the world. Large kitchen / dining area. Walking and biking trails to the mill shopping district. Highly recommend. Many very expensive pieces in this house that could be costly if damaged during your stay

With regards to the expensive items in the house, you have paid for insurance which covers up to $5,000 of damages to anything in the home. This house did not disappoint!

We scheduled a family reunion in Bend, OR and needed a "big house" for family gatherings. The rooms were large and spacious and the outdoor patios were to die for. The view of the river was something else! Debbie Mooney, the real estate person was there to greet us and helped us get settled in. This house has excellent mojo. If I ever need a large house in Bend again, I would not look any further.

**As Good As It Gets**

My family and I had four of the most incredible relaxing days of our summer break here. The description of the home is very accurate, and the property is even more beautiful in person. We ran into a little trouble with operator error and the jacuzzi, and someone was out to fix it almost immediately. The proximity to Old Mill, Downton Bend, and the water park was perfect for all us with different interests. Plenty of toys for the river as well. We'll definitely be back. . . we're in love!
