Located in old South Baton Rouge, One of the oldest communities in the City of Baton Rouge. Less than 10 minute commute to downtown and LSU( Geaux Tigers!!). Stay here if you want to be a few minutes away from all attractions in Baton Rouge at a fraction of the price.

(You will be 1.8 miles from Tiger stadium and 6 mins exactly away by car. )

There will be NO PARTIES or social gatherings allowed on the premises. The home is under surveillance and if there are any visitors on the property without my direct consent you will accessed a $300 fine plus additional fees that may include cleaning costs and damages.

Fees:
$300 for any persons on the premises that are not indicated on the guests reservation.

$150 for smoking inside of the home.

$100 for violating the quiet hours. Any loud socializing past quiet hours could result in an additional fine of $300.

$50 missing keys, ceiling fan remotes and TV remotes.

$50 and up to $300 for missing or damaged items of any kind.

$50 for excessive trash not placed in the trash bin out outside. (this includes trash left on the lawn[ to also include but not limited to cigarettes])

Additional fines may be accessed starting at $300 and higher for violating any of the rules above.

Great Experience

We had a fantastic experience at this rental. It was just perfect for our group of childhood best friends and spouses. Leo is a great host, and we cannot wait to return. It is the perfect location for LSU parents.

Very Responsive and Great Host

I normally do not leave reviews, good or bad, but I wanted to share my overall experience. Leo was very accommodating. We were traveling from Ohio to move my daughter in to college so I truly appreciate his accommodations. It allowed me to focus and spend as much time as I could with my daughter which is invaluable. We also had a maintenance issue and he got it resolved first thing in the morning. He took swift action and apologized. It ended up being something very minor but again his hospitality and urgency was appreciated. Place was only 5 minutes from campus which made it very convenient. It was very central to where we needed. Easy access to get in and out and there is a security camera so that added a level of ease as well. My only "favorable" comment is the place was not as clean as I prefer but I am also a neat freak so this something I am used to when renting a place. However, overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay again. Thank you Leo!!
