The house and area was fabulous. We walked to Rotary park every day. The heated pool was so warm and the dock and lake beautiful. Loved every minute.

The property was incredibly clean, spacious, and featured absolutely stunning views.Some of the highlights of our stay included:The Patio: Having early morning coffee out on the patio was the absolute perfect way to start our days.The Pool & Amenities: After a long day at the beach, coming back to chill by the pool was pure bliss.Teen-Approved: We traveled with two teenagers, and they were fully entertained the entire trip. They absolutely loved taking the kayaks out and spent hours playing on the pool table.This house truly has something for everyone. We can't recommend it enough and would love to stay here again!

Very Nice Place

Loved the stay. Place is nicely equipped. The management company was a bit much with regard to what they required from us, but overall we really liked the home! Great location.

Perfect for our family of five

Zero complaints, great location with easy access in and out. Our kids loved the pool and pool table. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

We loved the location. It's very close to some friends. The heated pool was nice until the heater stopped working. It didn't get repaired while we were there. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped.

House was fine but the dishwasher didn’t work. Roelens sent someone out who said it needed to be replaced but that wasn’t done while I was there.

This is an EXCELLENT property! I can not say this enough. We were here on vacation/baseball tournament for 6 nights, and it was PERFECT!The pool table, swimming pool, waterfront, canoes, bikes -- everything you need to stay entertained! Communication was great. We arrived 30 minutes early, and the host let us in. This property is maintained by a rental company, not the actual owners. They called upon arrival, introduced themselves, put us in a group text in the event we needed anything -- it was excellent. The only "wish" was that there was SOME type of refills such toliet paper/paper towels (we brought our own), zip lock bags, trash bags, etc. We would have LOVED cleaning supplies because we are very clean people and treated the house as if it was our own. There is a lot of glass, and kids' handprints get on it easily, but there was no Windex to clean the windows. I would also recommend the lawn crew coming later in the day, with most people being on vacation, so maybe like at least 10 AM, not 8 AM, waking everyone up. Other than that - which is minor - this is an amazing rental and we will be back!

Unpleasant experience and unresponsive host

We love the area, but the house was not ready following hurricane Ian even though we emailed them a month in advance asking if it was. Fans not working, to dishwasher not having power, pool heater was broken, worked for a day and then broke again and walking into see boards with nails sticking up in lanai area by pool and we had small children. Our overall issue is that things happen, but this host did very little to fix things or respond in a timely manner. Sent email after stay with all documented issues and photos requesting partial refund and they never responded, also called twice with no response. Submitted VRBO complaint form as well in hopes others do not rent here.

The house was great. Extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we loved the view. Pool was great, very clean and warm. Close to a beach, but we chose to drive to Estero for the beach. Highly recommend this house and rental company.
