The Space:

This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Windsor at Westside sleeps 12 and puts you just 12 miles from Disney with access to two resort clubhouses, lazy rivers, and a tiki bar. The real draw? A private lap pool, game room with pool table and air hockey, and enough space for everyone to spread out without tripping over each other.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Sleep is sorted across two floors:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom (upstairs)

- Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite bathroom (ground floor, includes workspace)

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (upstairs)

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (upstairs)

- Bedroom 5: Two single beds with shared bathroom (upstairs)

- Bedroom 6: Two single beds with shared bathroom (upstairs)



Four of the six bedrooms have their own bathrooms, so morning routines stay drama-free even with a full house.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The ground floor opens into a spacious living area that flows straight to the kitchen and out to the pool — great for keeping an eye on the kids while prepping snacks. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a dishwasher to handle the cleanup. Upstairs, there's a second TV room so the kids can watch their shows while the adults claim the downstairs space. The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey — expect some friendly competition.



Outdoor Amenities

Step outside to your private lap pool with a retractable safety fence, sun loungers, and a covered patio with an outdoor dining table for six. It's fully fenced and feels like your own little corner of Florida. Beyond your backyard, Windsor at Westside gives you access to a lazy river, sports courts, fitness area, arcade, and on-site market. You can also use the amenities at Windsor Palms, including a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, water slide, and tiki bar.



Good To Know

There's a workspace in the second bedroom and fast Wi-Fi throughout most of the house. The washer and dryer are in-unit, so pack light. Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival easy. The home is two stories, so keep the stairs in mind if mobility is a concern. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least 7 days before check-in. Starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and toiletries are provided to get you settled in.

The central location of this home offers lots of value in terms of time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family, because the community offers resort-style amenities like:



- Access to resort amenities of all “Windsor” projects, including Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms.

- Wonderful clubhouses, pools, on-site dining options, and so on!

- Lazy river and multi-purpose sports courts.

- Convenience store, “Sundry” in the community for any last-minute purchases.



Apart from that, there are also certain local restaurant recommendations from us outside the community:

- Estefan Kitchen.

- Savions.

- Tarantinos.

- Outback Steakhouse.

- Giordano's.



Grocery and other shopping:

- Target (4.8 miles).

- Shops at Vista Del Lago (5 miles).

- Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets (13.5 miles).



Theme parks:

- Disney (11.8 miles).

- Universal Studios (20 miles).

- Seaworld Orlando (15.4 miles).

- Busch Gardens (65 miles).



Getting Around:

All guests are required to pay a $20 fee per vehicle, with no exceptions. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers.



Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
