Great Views, Relaxing Time

Everything at this property was wonderful - absolutely great views from the balcony, and a kitchen that was really well-equipped. I've stayed at a few condos where I had wished for more kitchen utensils, and this wasn't the case here - made for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful unit!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and the resort as a whole. The unit was very clean, up to date, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. We really appreciated the 2 Murphy beds in the unit, a great feature for the teenagers in our group. Great views of the beach and the tower was in perfect location to the clubhouse.

Time away

The condo was nice. Incredible view. All personnel at the resort were friendly although we didn't use any of the amenities. Nice location away from the town. We enjoyed our time.

Amazing condo, gorgeous view

The condo was well appointed. Plenty of space, everything you would need. The view is amazing. A fantastic vantage for any time of day. The common areas were a bonus. From the pools, to the bay side, to the Gulf side, plenty of water access.

Winter retreat

Properly is absolutely beautiful. Our only issues was security protocols when entering the property it seems I made more trips to guest services than I did to the hot tub! But it’s very safe resort type feel. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Parking is tight but once your in , it’s very cozy and comfortable.

Portofino Island Resort

Condo and view just beautiful, the fire alarm going off twice at 1am New Year day and having to evacuate down 21 flights of stairs with an 82yr old woman was with limited info from the front desk was a bit of a turnoff . Kudos to the man at the gatehouse who brought a golfcart to get my mom back to the elevator and kept in touch by phone to assure us that the multiple alarm soundings were just malfunctions so we didn’t have to evacuate again. Over all a beautiful property.

We shared your feedback with the homeowner, and they let us know they apologize for the inconvenience of the false fire alarm, but unfortunately, the actions of others are out of their control. For future reference, guests are always able to call the front desk, and they can tell you if it is a false alarm. The owner strives to provide a positive experience for all their guests, and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that.

Absolutely stunning views, gorgeous condo, clean with great host, what more could you ask? We will be back. Weather was less than stellar, thanks to Bertha, but nothing to be done humanly about that. The kitchen was well stocked and unit as a whole well-appointed. Gorgeous condo and the best we have stayed in Portofino. Look forward to our next visit!
