- The Pirateâs Cove building sustained damage from previous hurricanes that may not be reflected in the listing photos or description, which were taken prior to the storms. Ongoing building repairs and construction may occur from time to time. Guests are welcome to book this privately owned condo, but are encouraged to inquire before booking if any specific amenities are essential to their stay or if they have concerns about ongoing projects. Beach access remains readily available directly from the front lobby
