Very low water pressure in bathroom sinks. Blinds broken and balconies dirty and unusable. Lizards got into house from opening underneath the front door. The TV in the second bedroom was very small with unclear sound. The location is close to the beach and town but requires driving to get to places. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. The landlord was accommodating when asking for new bedding due to allergic reaction to pet hair.

It worked but need updates

Fry pans were put in cupboard but were damaged and unusable. It rained and water come in under entrance door.Carpet in living room needs cleaning. Beds were comfortable and clean. Windows are old and noises came into property. Located on very busy road. Pool was clean.

Location Location Location

We wanted to be close to the beach and we were. We looked for a place with a pool which we ended up not using but it was nice to have the option. Great restaurants near by and clean home. I'm used to hotels so having to remove trash/ adjust thermostat was new but no crazy weird demands upon leaving. Would definitely recommend. This residence is great for 2 couples to share for a weekend getaway. Just be warned only 1 full bath up stairs and a half on the first floor.

Broken Sliding Glass Door

The sliding glass door to the balcony from the bedroom is broken (off the metal track) and we were unable to open and close it. This is a terrible inconvenience and fire/safety hazard. Our local contact, Sheri, was notified upon our arrival and was rude and would not fix the problem. She expected us somehow to move the 200+ pound glass door ourselves (and I am a senior citizen who recently had a hip replacement), or for us to not use this door for our two week stay! I had trouble with the local contact, Sheri before our arrival as well. She did not reply to our multiple emails, texts, and her phone mailbox was full, when I wanted to ask three things about the property before our arrival. I think the biggest problem with this rental unit is the contact person. She doesn't seem to be keeping up with things like this broken door or the venetian blinds that fall off when you go to open them. She was aware of these problems and was rude when we asked her about these issues at the start of our stay. During our two weeks she never reached out to us again until our last day asking us if we were going to leave early so she could start cleaning earlier. She is not someone who should be hosting a vacation home. I don't know why I couldn't work with Vrbo Who referred me to a real estate company "Evolve" and they have not helped me either. The location is good, close to beach. the street noises are loud in the front bedroom by Clark.This would be a good place with a new door and new host!

It is such a beautiful place . Would definitely stay here again. Everyone was so friendly including the residents who live there. It also had everything I needed for my stay.

The place was okay. The location was good for us. However, the mattress in the back bedroom was very lumpy & hard to sleep on. We had some ants and some other little creatures on our stove. It was very hard to get in contact with our rental person especially before our rental was complete. Had to pay to do laundry. This was our first time using VRBO. Not a really good experience.

Great location.

Good location, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and some state parks. This condo has two floors, the kitchen and living room is downstairs while the two bedrooms are upstairs. The listing photos should be updated because the second bedroom only had one full size bed NOT 2 singles, also the window coverings are different. The couch looks like it might recline in the photos, but it does not work. I was there in January and had hoped to be able to swim in the pool, but it was not heated, the water was cold. I might have rode the bike but it had a flat tire and there was no bike tire pump on site to pump it up. The laundry facilities are located just behind the condo. It is in a noisy location on a main road and only a few blocks from the fire station. Also it has a small ant problem. There is no covered parking as the listing says.

Great location!!!

Good location to see the many attractions in Sarasota FL. Siesta Key beach is nearby along with many restaurants. Kitchen and living room are on the first floor while two bedrooms are on the second floor. The photos show 2 twin beds in the second bedroom but there was only one full size bed in that room. The king size bed was very comfortable. I don't think the pool is heated for the winter months. The location is on a main highway which can get noisy and the fire station is two blocks away.

Perfect location to get to the beaches, airport and stores and to downtown Sarasota and Venice! Great little place! We would defy one back one day!
