When we arrived the screen door for the slider was broken- and could not be repaired. It was warm weather and we couldn’t have the door open. With the price we paid, we feel like that was not ok.

For future guests, we strive to ensure that our properties are well maintained and that any concerns are addressed as promptly as possible. While the sliding screen door was not able to be repaired during this guest’s stay, the issue has since been fixed. We also recognize that this was a concern given the warm weather and the guest’s expectations for the property. As a gesture of goodwill, compensation was provided to address the aspect of the experience the guest felt was unfair. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns and remain committed to providing a positive experience for our guests. As always, our Guest Services team is available 24/7 should you need anything!

Perfect Stay!

The location was perfect (about a 10 minute walk to Gondola Square) and an even shorted walk to the bus (use "The Rockies 2"). Amenities were great and the place was very clean and warm. Would recommend!!!

The unit was just what we needed for our 5 days in Steamboat. Pool and 2 hot tubs were awesome. The Marketplace in walking distance was great as well.

Great place!

Great place to stay. Shuttle easily accessible or you can even walk to the lift if you like. Hot tub came in handy and the fact that this is on the first floor makes it much easier after a long day on the slopes.

I'm only giving this a 1 star because of the cleanliness of the condo. We found pubic hair in the pull out sofa and hair in the sheets of the main bed. Having arrived late in the evening to a place that was not clean was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. (the host did offer to send cleaning team the next morning) we did have to pull all the linens and wash them and lucky for us that we had an inflatable mattress with us for our road trip. I did feel that the host was responsive but also dismissive. Ultimately they did refund us for half a nights stay. Not sure that was compensatory but at this point it is what it is.
