Memories on the Beachfront is only a few minutes drive from Nelson Bay CBD and is located in one of the best beachfront positions in the whole of Port Stephens! This massive six bedroom home has multiple living areas, two kitchens, and is perfect for two families, multi-generational families or large groups to share. Memories on the Beachfront sleeps up to 12 guests (max 10 adults), lovely water views and is only meters away from the white sands of a gorgeous calm water beach. Surrounded by nature, Memories on the Beachfront is beyond compare.

Memories on the Beachfront encompasses everything we all dream of when fantasising about our dream beach house holiday. The park-like gardens and reserve offer the perfect space for kids to run and play. There’s a delightful little paved pathway, that winds its way through the beach reserve and has kids play equipment at each end. Stroll a few steps and you’re at The Anchorage Port Stephens, renowned for its opulent day spa, fine and casual waterfront dining. Go for an evening walk along the break-wall that wraps itself around The Anchorage Marina and watch the sun set.

The ground floor is comprised of a family bathroom, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, which all look out onto the grounds and the glistening water beyond and flow out onto the undercover patio complete with BBQ and outdoor dining table. There are four bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 enjoys the reserve and water views, opens onto the patio and has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a king sized zip bed(nominate preference) and TV. Bedroom 3 also has a king sized bed. Bedroom 4 can act as a kids bedroom, as it has a TV, two seater lounge and a set of bunk beds.

The first floor is comprised of yet another fully equipped kitchen, which is open plan to the generous dining room and both are blessed with water views and open onto a huge undercover deck with comfy outdoor furniture and dining setting. The separate spacious lounge room opens onto its own deck. There are two bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 5 (the master) has a TV, enchanting water views, direct access to the balcony, a king bed and ensuite with double vanity, shower and corner spa bath. Bedroom 6 also has a king sized bed. The family bathroom on this level has a bath and separate shower.

Memories on the Beachfront has a double lockup garage. The home is fully air conditioned, has a laundry with washer and dryer. Stay, play, rest and rejuvenate and experience Memories on the Beachfront for yourself!

This property has external security camera's in place, this is only for security purposes.

BOND - A $2000 refundable security deposit due 14 days prior to your arrival.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults. The bunks that can be used for 2 children, total maximum guest 12.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION OPTIONS:
OPTION 1 - 3 Kings, 1 Queen 2 long singles and a bunk
OPTION 2 - 4 Kings, 1 Queen and a bunk

Additional costs when booking;
Sofa bed $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
