Villa Reggello was lovingly restored from 2001 to 2016. This 16th century villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and is the ideal starting point for visiting the main tourist attractions in this wonderful part of Italy. Some of the places that are within easy reach include Florence, Arezzo, Chianti, Montepulciano, Siena and San Gimignano.
Villa Reggello welcomes you into a space and time so different from your daily life. This antique villa is surrounded by vineyards. The villa is located in a small village enclosed by an antique stone wall. The villa, a small church, two rural houses and a park with a swimming pool make up the estate. In only 30 minutes you are in the center of Florence. The villa has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and can accommodate 16 adults and 2 children.

Guests will discover that the renovations at Villa Reggello pay particular attention to details with furnishings in a classical style and the use of colors which create a particularly relaxing atmosphere.
The living areas which include a living room, dining room and very large and well equipped kitchen are on the ground floor. From the dining room for 18 guests, there is a beautiful view over the valley. There is also a bathroom and powder room on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are elegant and comfortable and all have views onto the Tuscan countryside. Five bedrooms are on the first floor (2nd American floor) and all have internet, safe, minibar, satellite TV and air conditioning.
Just in front of the villa is the restored barn which houses three of the bedrooms. The main villa is 450m2.

Villa Reggello has a salt water pool overlooking the valley, a large solarium near a smaller relaxation area with sauna and exercise area with a tread mill, exercise bike and a separate bathroom with shower.
