This 4-bedroom, 3-bath property is nestled among the trees and features a beautifully decorated cabin-style condo with FAU heating, and granite and travertine finishes throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Mammoth Estates community, this unit is the perfect year-round getaway. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is spread over two levels and offers a spacious floor plan with upgrades throughout. Enjoy vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace that creates a cozy yet refined atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats ten. Relax in the living room on the large sofa while enjoying the gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level includes the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing sleeping space for four. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include a mudroom at the entry for gear storage, and a private semi-covered balcony with outdoor seating on the upper level. This unit is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Family Fun in Mammoth

Needs major maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time renting in Mammoth Estates. Sadly, the unit we rented this time had no heat due to the fireplace not working and we could only use one shower due to the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom light fixture. These were our two biggest problems. We immediately contacted the rental company regarding the fireplace, which heats the unit, as not working. Someone came that evening, but said he would return the next day to fix it. Someone came, but again was not able to fix it. They brought us three space heaters for a four bedroom house two days later. We then discovered the shower issue and were told we would only be able to use one shower for 9 people. We ended up leaving a day early because the house was too cold. We placed several calls to them and wrote several emails documenting all of the issues. They refunded a very small portion of our stay, which isn't enough. We paid high season prices for a condo that should have never been rented to begin with. The community spa was also out of order, that’s an easier problem to manage.

The community center was a great place to congregate and play ping pong and pool. The hot tub was large with lot of room for many people

Great location but

The good: This condo is located right under the gondola that goes from the village to Canyon Lodge. The location can’t be beat. The 5 minute walk to the village and also a blue line stop right outside, is a definite plus. We stayed with 3 teenagers, 2 kids and 2 adults and there was plenty of room. Each adult had their own bathroom and the kids and teens had a bathroom-a definite plus. The bad: this condo gets a 3 out of 10 for cleanliness. The kitchen cupboards were filthy inside and out; we rinsed each dish before using it. The bedding was pretty threadbare and I’m glad to have brought my own pillow. Carpet was fairly gross and I wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. Condo is in desperate need of updating. The lights flickered and the tv picture was horrid; we only had the tv on at all because it was super bowl weekend and our kids wanted to watch the game. The wifi didn’t work and management sent someone over to fix it but it still wasn’t working when we checked out. If you only care about location this condo was great otherwise I’d stay somewhere else.

Well needed getaway

Short walk to Village. Lovely to see the gondola pass by while drinking our coffee on the couch. Comfy rooms. Kitchen had all the essentials. A great space for a gathering with with family and/or friends.

Impression of Property

We had a satisfying experience and being close to the Village was a plus. The accommodations were comfortable. The appliances were a little dated especially the TV. The dishwasher wouldn't shut off so you had to manually shut it off. Disappointed that there were no laundry facilities. But all in all, it was a great stay.
