Located at Sun Lake Condos. This gated & tucked away resort is located off Hwy 192 and Formosa Gardens Blvd. (Marker # 4). Near All Attractions- only 2 miles to Disney’s Main Gate, 11 miles to SeaWorld, 15 miles to Universal Studios and 22 miles from Orlando International Airport.

This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2bath, 2nd floor condo, sleeps up to 6 people. It is just the place to stay when you are on vacation in the Disney area. It's a beautiful accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full size private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults). The guest bathroom has a shower/jacuzzi tub. This unit has 4 TV's all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts. There is also a foosball table in the family room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included).

This complex has nice size free form heated pool and hot tub to relax in. There are also tennis courts and a clubhouse with a large fitness room. Pool hours vary by season – Open 8am to Dusk.

This resort is conveniently adjacent to an outdoor mall within walking distance variety of shops, Crush Yard Indoor Pickleball/Bar & Lounge, Mighty Jungle Mini Golf and many fine restaurants such as Carrabba's Italian Grill, Cracker Barrel, Giordano's Pizza, Red Lobster and Adega Gaucha Brazillian Steakhouse, just to name a few...

Located only 1 mile away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Short weekend

This property was conveniently located near the Disney properties and about 25 minutes from Universal. It was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. A little outdated but that wasn’t a big concern for us- location and cleanliness was our main focus.

Location location

The location was perfect near all the restaurants and near all the shopping locations to get any gift for your family back at home. Love that it's gated just need to go in and gate works perfectly fine. The place was nice and comfy and that's all we ask for. Nice calm balcony. Wife had a opportunity to work peacefully and she needs it since she's a realtor in Houston tx. She love it .

Great location for Disney

Our family of 5 had a great stay. Property is located close to Disney and also less than a mile from many restaurants. Brenda was a great host. She was always quick to respond to questions and checked on us when we arrived to make sure all was good. The only thing negative I could say about the rental is if you plan on staying in condo for long periods of time, the furniture is not real comfortable for watching tv and the tv has a limited amount of channels available. Everything else was perfect!!

Right where the action is

This condo is located in a very busy area, with heavy highway traffic day and night. The floor plan had two separate living areas with televisions in both and a fussbol game in one, making it ideal for a family with children. The furniture was in need of replacement, and the carpeting needed to be cleaned or replaced. When we had trouble with cable service, the owner responded immediately and stayed with us until the problem was corrected - wonderful service.

1st VRBO experience

Liked the location and size of accommodation. The decor in the unit was nice. There was outside painting on our building which was a bit annoying. The work was being done throughout our18 day stay. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property was less than what we expected. Several of the vertical blinds were missing. High touch areas were dirty. Stains on carpet were unappealing, although carpet was clean (did not dirty up white socks). Just needs a bit more TLC.

Close and convenient

We chose this unit for its proximity to WDW and to stores and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. Rental management was SO helpful and SO pleasant, too!!

Short stay

The condo was great. It was a great size for a family of four. It was clean and Brenda was great to work with. She checked in on us to make sure everything was good. The condo is close to many things. It was gated so it was very secure.
