HOSTS - Home to yourselves on 16 acres. There is a separate accommodation on the property (Wine Cup Cabin) but it is around 300 feet away.

BATH - 2 baths; Primary bath has a large bubble tub and walk-in shower and second bath has a tub/shower combo

AMENITIES - Smart TV (bring your own login information), hot tub, quiet country setting on 17 acres, abundant wildlife, covered front porch with comfy chairs & views of the countryside, covered outdoor lounge area, a gazebo with table & chairs (available during the day only), pond

The home is dog-friendly and will accept up to two dogs that each 30 lbs or less. However, there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation. Dogs are not allowed to wander unattended on the property. Neighbors have livestock and allow hunting on their properties, so it is extremely important that dogs do not cross the fence lines.

Please be aware that the house has an exterior camera on its front that faces the driveway and front porch.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
