Welcome to Suite #9 at Tropic Terrace Resort — a cozy 265 square foot studio tucked along the sparkling shoreline of Treasure Island, Florida. Whether you're seeking a peaceful beachside retreat or planning a solo getaway, this unit delivers all the essentials in a charming, old-Florida setting. The owner extensively renovated and remolded this unit from the flooring all the way to new appliances and furniture. You will love the spa-like walk-in shower and the calm cool colors that welcome you to a slice of Paradise.

Located in the heart of the Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort, Suite #9 places you directly on one of the largest beaches in the area. No streets to cross — just open, powder-soft sand stretching from the resort's heated pool to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beachfront gem offers quick access to the Treasure Island boardwalk and is just a short walk from vibrant local attractions, dining, and the famed John's Pass Village.

Great location

Unit was clean but a bit smaller than expected! Location was perfect! However the lack of communication with Belloise realty was extremely slow. We were missing some items from our room that we were told would be there. The day we arrived. I emailed the two emails provided to me by Belloise when I didn’t get a response the next day I sent a text to the number they provided along with called the number they provided to which there wasn’t even an answering machine on the third day of our day I called again, and finally got somebody I spoke with is kind of rude and told me maybe I just didn’t see the missing items that I should look further what we were missing was shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer to which I planned on using every morning. we were told not all units come with a hairdryer, even though it was on the sheet that she sent us stating all the items in the unit on the second to last day of our day They deliver to our room. Not a huge deal and did not ruin our trip. However, I was quite taken by the slowness and the rudeness of the people we dealt with there. Had this been a bigger deal such as my AC not working on my fridge not working. I would’ve really been put out having to wait for their response Because of the lack of customer service we will not be returning to a property run by Belloise realty!

Tropic Terrace was a great place to spend time with family on the beach! The room met our needs and the salt water pool was fantastic as well!

Best Vacation

My wife and I really enjoyed this little unit. The property was clean the pool was great the location was everything we expected and we could just walk out to the beach. We will certainly look at this property for future visits.

Quaint, clean and perfect!

This was one of the best “motel” style places we have ever stayed! Allison answered every question we had and was so friendly and accommodating. Susan keeps the entire complex sparkling and she’s so friendly! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay for a get away!

The studio like room was perfect. Very clean, and decorated very nice. Kitchen had everything you needed for a 5 night stay. We for sure will be back!!

Great location. Only complaint is the heavy musty/moldy/mildew smell/presence - made me ill with congestion/headaches/coughing. Understand this is an old building but these issues need to be mitigated.

Beautiful property

The place was beautiful and very clean. The grounds were exceptional and everything convenient and close nearby. Only complaint is too much to go through with the agency that rents the place. I received way too many emails and things to do before I could even check in. Also vrbo said check in was at 3 but they wouldn’t let us check in until 4. And the 10am check out time is way too early.

Beach front relaxation

We enjoyed the properties proximity to the beach and the trail behind it. It was convenient to walk to a few restaurants and a close drive to many others.

Amazing Property/ Other Stuff

This place is a gem. The old bones have been cleaned to a modern luster, the grounds are park-like, and the location is great.... close to Publix and eateries, but the property mgmt company is horrid, both because of the obviously ridiculous fees they charge, but also because their check inprocess and communication is amazingly bad and complex.

Happy little weekend

Easy beach access, great location to bars, restaurants and grocery. Place is a little noisy so don’t expect to sleep late but that just left more time to beach!

Cutest place ever!

The room was adorable! Very nicely decorated! Small (as a studio should be) but plenty of storage for your clothes etc. The only negative was the bathroom is cramped(1 person at a time). It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but you’re as close as you can be on Treasure Island. The boardwalk is right there and you can walk it to many bars and restaurants. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. We were there 8 nights and thought it was a cool little hotel!
