Unit #216 Minutes to the beach! So cute & spacious w/ peek a boo view of Gulf!

Unit #216 (a 2nd floor unit) is the largest condo in the Royal Orleans complex. Even has a peek-a-boo view of the gulf from the living room french doors! Enjoy the heated pool in the New Orleans themed paved courtyard or walk across the road & enjoy the quiet, beautiful Redington Beach. The beach access is just a couple minutes down & across Gulf Blvd. The unit features 1 full bath & 1 bedroom with all new furnishings/bedding including a new memory foam king bed. The living room includes a new queen sofa sleeper, which allows the condo to sleep 4 people. There's a fully equipped kitchen to stay in to cook & use the grill in the courtyard or eat out at the many area restaurants. One of my favorites is Conch Republic, which is within walking distance!
Also, the condo is located a short distance to many activities & shopping along Gulf Blvd, including less than 10 mins south to John's Pass. Plus it's close to Clearwater with many activities, and Treasure Island/St. Petersburg. Also available is the trolley that goes by about every 1/2 hour that will take you to many popular sites in the area.
The Redington Beach Town Park is located next to the condo complex. The park includes a basketball court, soccer field, shuffle board, picnic tables, and outside gym.
This is a non-smoking and no pets condo unit. There is free parking at the complex in the front or back of the buildings. There is no assigned parking & only 1 car per unit.
Condo accommodates a coffee station with a Keurig, and plenty of kitchen dishes/glasses/cookware. Plus beach chairs/towels/umbrella/blanket and coolers for a great day at the beach! I will continue to add or replace items needed to make this a comfortable & enjoyable stay for every guest! I look forward to having you stay at my first vacation rental...and hoping to add more in the future!

Florida Sun

This was our first time doing VRBO with our trip to Florida and I'm so glad I picked this one!! Very clean and easy to contact the property manager with any questions if needed. Right on Gulf Blvd everything was a short drive or within walking distance... Bonus was the beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and a wagon to pull everything. It's a short walk to the beach and that section is less crowded and more private which we didn't mind. We were happy with our stay wish we could have stayed a few more days for the warnth and sun! Definitely, will book again with our next trip since it's in the area we like.

Mother and Daughter Getaway

I booked this cute one bedroom condo for my daughter and me. The purpose of the trip was to relax and soak up as much Florida sun as possible. The condo was clean and as described. It was sad to see and hear the stories of people who lost so much due to the back-to-back hurricanes, but we were impressed at how much Redington was quickly moving to clean-up and repair. Our stay was not impacted by any of the work(ers). The pool was VERY nice and relaxing - we enjoyed it after our days at the beach - which was a quick walk across the street. Loved using the "off-road" wagon, chairs and umbrella...so helpful to have and use!John's Pass is a quick drive down the road. Beware, it will cost you to park there (5/hour). Smuggler's Cove was a great time! Before we started our mini-golf, we fed the alligators!!! Conch Republic (restaurant) is walkable from the condo. Great food and atmosphere!Suggestions for the host: Have additional beach and bathroom towels. Allow guests to leave lotions, shampoo and conditioners. Consider purchasing a larger bar of soap (Dove travel size is 2.50 at Publix). Additionally, I would ask that condiments that guests can't take with are allowed to stay in the condo.Our stay was wonderful and would definitely book here again!Thank you for making our getaway relaxing and fun!SK

Calm After the Storms

We visited six months after a one-two hurricane punch to find a clean & comfy condo right across the street from the beautiful beach & just down the street from a tasty restaurant. Our spring break stay was just the R&R we needed. Can’t wait until next year!

Our cozy little paradise

We loved this place. The location was perfect for us. A block from beach access. Walking distance to restaurants, and in a residential neighborhood so it was very quiet and never busy. The outdoor heated saltwater pool was perfect for the kiddos to swim and the condo itself has ample space. It’s very clean, well stocked and has all the amenities one would need. Convenient, free parking is just icing on the cake. Also, the host is very communicative and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We definitely plan on staying here again.

The perfect place

This is really the perfect place to stay at Redington Beach. We stayed for 4 nights after beginning our trip at Disney World. We wanted to end our trip relaxing by the beach. Cindy is an outstanding host. We had everything we could possibly need plus more! She was very easy to contact and responded quickly to emails. The place is immaculately clean and very welcoming. The beach is across the street and easily accessible. Cindy provides coolers, an umbrella, beach chairs, towels, etc for your convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. We will definitely be back to this little slice of heaven. Thank you Cindy for having us!!

Absolutely Great Condo and Location!!

I've stayed in other Royal Orleans condos but this one is by far the largest, best views and everything in condo that you need. The host is fantastic with communication, supplying everything you need for a vacation. I'm very picky about cleanliness, no worries with this unit. Very clean! Would absolutely stay at this rental again!!!

AWESOME PLACE

The condo is perfect. The place was refurbished and the decoration is well-chosen. We had everything we needed, thanks for that. It's not in every place that you can find that. The location is perfect, close to the beach. (a street to cross) A lot of amenties are included. There is a grill, a heated pool and a laundry room. Great condo!! Walk right across the street to the beach! Had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Pool was a great bonus with the teens. I've been using VRBO for many years and this is definitely on the top of our list for overall experience.

Incredible unit at the best complex!

We loved Cindy’s gorgeous, big unit. It’s great for families and she had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Her communication was excellent leading up to and during our stay. It’s one block to the beach access which feels very private. We’ll definitely be back!
