This was our first time in the 30A area and really enjoyed our stay. This house was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

This house was even nicer than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised. It was so clean, and bright and cheery, the backyard was nice. Bring your own firewood though, the wood provided wasn’t seasoned enough. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The owners were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The house was stocked, and easy to live in for 4 days. We brought our teenage daughters and there was plenty of room to spread out.The kayak in garage had a slow leak so we weren’t able to use, but we let owners know and I’m sure they will take care of it: The price was great, and they don’t make you do tons of work when leaving. Overall this is a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10

Relaxing Getaway

This was a perfect place to work for the week and enjoy the Florida beach. Property was clean and easy to check-in. Enjoyed it very much and will most likely return.

Quiet Getaway

We vacation on 30a often and this was our first time staying at Inlet Beach. We loved the quiet area and friendly neighbors. It was just a short bike ride to the beach or to the shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach. Great property for our family - clean, well-maintained and has all the amenities we needed. The owner was especially friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay there again.

Easy check-in, the house had everything we needed and then some. The house and kitchen were well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We didn’t need anything additional for kitchen needs but the host seemed very receptive to other guests. While we there two parcels arrived; one was a suggestion from a previous guest, and the other was for the next guests. House is super close to the beach and a great location off 98 to all the 30A communities and PCB. We would definitely return. The house was roomy for my family of five (three teenagers) and dog.

Oasis is an understatement!! Perfection!

This house is perfect for your getaway in 30a. We had a fantastic time!! The location is prime!!! We are looking at our next dates to book!! You are in biking, walking distance to the beach and also some of the most amazing hotspots and shopping!! A few favorites we stumbled on to go to is the effin egg, the big bad breakfast, 30a burger and dinner spots we went to Edwards and Pescado for drinks and there are so many more that are amazing! We will be back so soon! We literally couldn’t be happier with our getaway “it is our new happy place” Now to look at dates available to book again 🙌

Family vacation

Property was fantastic for what we needed! Location was walking distance to the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the house had plenty of beach toys for the kiddos, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, even beach towels and beach bags. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. The only thing I would report is that the listing appeared to me as a three bedroom, really the bunk room is inside the second bedroom which is what the host is considering the “third bedroom”. It actually worked out great for us as a family vacation and used for the kids room, however if not in that situation it would have been nice if that was made a little clearer. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family or friends!

A nice place, but there were some problems

The house is in a nice location with easy access to the beach, but you have to cross a busy highway to get there. Some of the furniture was in disrepair. At least 2 of the dining room chairs were broken, as was one of the patio table benches. There was an awful sulphur smell in the water, that is apparently a problem in the neighborhood. You could smell it when the neighbor used his irrigation system. The house is advertised as being able to sleep 9, which would require 3 in the king, 3 in the queen and 3 in 2 small bunk beds. We were fortunate that our friend decided not to come or he would have been sleeping in what amounts to an open closet with bunk beds adjoining my 85 year old parents bedroom. Management was responsive and attentive to the issues.

The two things that I had problems with were getting the TVs to works. Leave written instructions in a frame by the TVs. Also, couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. Entering the code didn’t work.

Not What We Expected

There was nothing “wrong” with this property, but there was nothing nice or special about it either. The pictures are deceiving, in my opinion. They don’t show you that this house is crammed in between others, in a heavy construction area, behind commercial properties, with a very small, not at all private backyard. The bathrooms are very low end, including the fixtures. This may be fine if you are simply looking for a place to sleep, but if you are trying to enjoy a nice relaxing beach vacation with any semblance of actually being at or near the beach, keep looking. I would rather have been in a well down condo than this place.

Not what I was expecting!

We made it to the rental late in the evening. We unloaded our bags while my husband went to get food. The first floor was nice and the property appeared clean. My husband returned and we ate. After eating we finally went upstairs to get some rest, but walking upstairs we realized that the downstairs and upstairs were completely different. I was traveling with my mother, teenage daughter and teenage son. The listing stated that it was a 3 bedroom but this is not the case. The “3rd” bedroom is actually more like a walk-in closet inside the second bedroom. They put sliding doors on it and a bunk bed and called it a bedroom, even though it has no closet. The bathroom and the “3rd” bedroom can only be accessed through the second bedroom. So when my mom or daughter needed to use the bathroom they had to walk through my sons room. My son had zero privacy. If that wasn’t bad enough when my mom and daughter pull the blankets back the sheets were stained and dirty. I had to wash all the linens before my mom or daughter felt confortable putting their heads down. The window covering in their room was broken as well. The upstairs was outdated with a lot of maintenance needed. The next day, I contacted the property manager to explain the situation but before I could speak with Colby, the owner had reached out to ask how things were going. I explained I had tried contacting the manager, so he asked if he could call. When he called I told him about the dirty sheets, he pretty much discounted anything I said and proceeded to tell me how they only get great reviews and he’d be happy to send me those reviews. He never apologized or asked if there was anything he could do. He pretty much called me a liar by defending the property and even asked that I send over pictures of what I found. He never responded after I sent the pictures. Colby the property manager contacted me and apologized for all problems and offered to come have someone clean and he came and fixed the window covering, which we appreciated. I felt very disappointed with the property and felt that we overpaid for a mediocre property. We have traveled all over and this was by far the worst place we’ve stayed. Also if you want to go to the beach you must cross a super busy Highway, like playing frogger. So if you want to over pay for a mediocre rental that is in need of a lot of updating this is the place for you!

Perfect home close to the beach

I cannot say enough good things about this home! It was decorated beautifully, very spacious and had the cutest backyard that my kids loved playing in. Best part is that inlet beach is literally right across the street so you could easily walk if you wanted. The hosts are also very attentive and we’re readily available if I needed anything. Great experience all the way around!

Relaxation Pad

I will be staying here again! Very clean! The best part is the backyard. The lighting and the fire pit at night is sooooo breathe taking! Public beach access located just across the highway!
