Our vacation was phenomenal. The condo was exactly as described if not slightly larger than we expected. Check in and check out we’re super easy and communication was great.

We absolutely loved it! This rental was two floors, which gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location could not have been better — everything we wanted to do was right at our fingertips, from the beach and pools to restaurants and shops. The building had great amenities, and the views were beautiful. It really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property is as advertised. Great views. Very roomy. All supplies for kitchen were provided. Check in was easy and communications were very timely and pleasant.

Spring Break 2024 Family Vacay

This is a wonderful property! Even though we didn't have great weather, there were still things for the kids to do, which was very important - movie theatre, indoor pool and playground. Highly recommend!

Ocean City

We loved the location, and stay here, it has everthing that we need. Kids play ground. Indoor/outdoor pool and private beach, and Tennis and basketball court. Also as parking. Love this place.

1909 Rocks

"1909 Rocks" was the name of our group chat during our family beach week because we very much enjoyed staying in 1909. We especially loved the amount of room for lounging/socializing/playing cards/ eating on the main floor. The full bath with shower on main floor was especially nice to have also.

We were excited for our week-long stay at Sea Watch and having a set up that worked for 4 couples and 2 toddlers. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked. The communication ahead of time was timely but held false information. When I asked about parking, the response was led with "if parking is available"... Upon entry to the complex, we were greeted with cold and abrasive staff. It was communicated that "only one vehicle per rental unit would be allowed to stay on property for a fee. All other vehicles would have to find a municipal lot to park in." The municipal lot cost twice as much as parking one car on-premises. The municipal lot was a 15-minute walk and was often full. We were hesitant to go anywhere as we weren't sure we would get a parking spot upon our return. Having toddlers in tow with us and during a heatwave, this caused us undue stress and discomfort for our family. The most upsetting part was seeing the top floor of the parking lot EMPTY all week. The condo complexes to the left and right of us also had ample parking available. It was unacceptable that we spent the amount of money we did, endured the stress of traveling with toddlers, and that working out logistics fell far below expectations.We will not consider this property again until the parking situation is remedied.

Hello, Kathryn. I am very sorry to hear that anyone of the staff at Sea Watch was at all unpleasant to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over the parking at the building and each condo is listed as having 1 parking space with the registration fee due to the building upon arrival and additional parking available based on availability. We do understand that finding parking can be stressful, specially over a holiday in Ocean City so we do our best to communicate all information to our guests in advance to avoid any unnecessary stress or confusion. Spacious condo with great views

We enjoyed renting this property for a long weekend in February. We shared the unit with my sister and her three kids. In total there were five kids and two adults. It felt spacious even with that many people. During the off season, the indoor pool was an added bonus, however, you had to walk outside a bit to get to the elevators that would lead you directly to the indoor pool entrance. It was a particularly cold weekend so that walk was a bit inconvenient...no big deal during the summer. I thought the rent was high for off season and the Sea Watch building itself was a little dilapidated and run down. Ocean City in general could use a bit of a face lift but this unit had recently been redone. You could tell it was recently flipped and the previous owners were smokers. It had the smell of smoke in the walls but you got used to it. In warmer days, you could leave the windows open to air it out. We had an issue with the hot water but the rep at Seaside Vacations worked diligently to fix the situation. Within an hour, we had hot water pressure and everything was working ok. The location was good and I can imagine during the summer that it would be a great place to be (across from Greene turtle, Gold Coast mall, etc). If we were to return to Ocean City, we would def rent here again. It was comfortable, clean, great location, and very spacious
