The house was fantastic, all the bedrooms were great, bathrooms attached to every bedroom was a fantastic!! All the amenities the house offered were exactly as we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is the pool was green and a lot of mold was present in the pool and spa area, it definitely needs a good cleaning. Finally on Monday the day before we left the pool guy stopped by and put chlorine in the pool, which did help clear it up. The host were very responsive and very easy to deal with, I would stay here again, just hope they can get the pool area cleaned up.

The pool heater was just replaced prior to your stay and that may have played some role in situation. We will bring this matter up with our Property Manager and ensure that any replacement or breakdown of pool mechanical equipment the pool is checked and thoroughly cleaned. The home that we stayed in was amazing. My family had so much fun there, especially in the pool and hot tub. The resort was great everyone was so friendly and helpful we are looking to book there again next year.

Great vacation spot

House was clean, as advertised, and convenient to restaurants, stores, and the parks. Heated pool, air hockey, and foosball were a big hit with the kiddos. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Responsive to all questions & excellent stay

The managers of the home were excellent in communication and planning for the E passes and entrance through the gates. All communication was timely and pleasant, and even a last-minute phone call was very responsive and answered immediately. The home was great, it was wonderful to have two king suites and four bathrooms! The pool was perfect for our family and we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. We will definitely stay here again.We highly recommend!

best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

This home was amazing! very clean! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Very close to Disney, maybe 10-15 minutes, Walmart within 5 minutes. We had absolutely no complaints. Pool was warm enough as well as the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for my family of 6 and more. We absolutely loved it! owners were great to work with. 5 star plus!

Super Mario for the win!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Our grandsons loved the community pool, the many different playgrounds, the home pool and most of all, the in house game room!!! They discovered the Super Mario game, which gave us hours of entertainment as they attempted to play unassisted (they’re 3 and 4). We loved the spaciousness of the home, the quick response from the owner when the microwave stopped working, and the proximity to shopping, entertainment and the airport. Thanks for a lovely time!

Fantastic property and would highly recommend

We booked this property for a family trip to Disney, and stayed with myself, my husband, our 12 year old and my mother in law. The communication was clear and detailed in advance (it was a bit overwhelming but all relevant and we referred to the documents multiple times). The host communication was friendly and detailed. Upon arrival, we had a little entry trouble but referenced the info and found out what we did wrong. The home was huge for four people and we found it very clean and nicely decorated. It matched the photos online exactly. The internet worked well and the home temp was good. The private pool in the lanai was lovely and we were glad we’d paid for heat as it was January. The hot tub could have been hotter - we only used in once as it was not as hot as we’d like. We would have liked more toilet paper for a whole week but it was as described. The coffee maker didn’t work and when we notified the owner he had another (brand new one) delivered the next day which was amazing! We reported the Nintendo not working correctly and someone came to look at it - they didn’t find issue with it but to be honest we were so busy we didn’t even try it again. The community of Windsor Hills was great and we only went to the community centre and pool On the last day but it was also amazing. I could see staying for two weeks and being very comfortable.

Perfect Disney Stay

If you are considering this home for a Disney vacation (or just a trip to Orlando in general), book it!!! This home was exactly as depicted in photos. John and Anna were so communicative and helpful in helping me plan for this trip. Door to door Disney was about a 10-15 min drive. My kids LOVED the club house slides and having our own personal pool was amazing!! We built in “pool days” to our trip and they were well spent. There is a Walmart very close by where we were able to grab all the groceries we needed for the week. We felt very safe with the front gate and security system at the house. If ever we plan a trip back to Orlando, I will be crossing my fingers and toes that this home is available again. We would absolutely come back. Thank you John and Anna!!

Wonderful vacation house

Our vacation to Orlando included a visit with Hurricane Ian. We were fortunate enough to have rented this house. It was comfortable beyond measure while we were hunkered down and not able to leave the house. We felt very secure and we had constant communication with the owners. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check in directions were very clear. Thank you to John and Anna for letting us rent your house. We will definitely stay again if in the Orlando area.

We will be back

The property listing is accurate but once you get to the home there's even more amenities at the home that make the stay even more relaxing. Perfect home for 4 adults and our 2 and 4 year old. Less then a 20 minute ride from the home to parking the car at Magic Kingdom. Some days only 15 minutes. The community pool was one of the favorite features for our children. We are already planning when we can come back to the home.

Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities. Very clean and comfortable along with everything you need for a vacation home. Location was perfect and we love the community. Great location!

This home is in a perfect location; just minutes from DisneyWorld or any type of store or restaurant you like. The resort-style community pool and water park was so much fun for the whole family. The house also has a very nice pool and plenty of room for a family to gather or enjoy some quiet time. We had a wonderful stay at this property, so happy it was available!

Convenient, spacious, comfortable and relaxing space to recharge for our family

Our family had 8 Disney and Universal Studio days (total). The drive was 10-15 mins Disney and 20 mins Universal. Soooo convenient. Our resting time was essential. The beds were comfortable pillow top beds. Each bedroom had its own bath which made it easy for us to get up and go. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for our breakfast preparations. The laundry worked well. There were strollers available to use. The management was awesome in response time. The cleanliness was good, but could use detail cleaning (ie. Dusting permanent fixtures, washing baseboards, deep cleaning sinks and showers). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a really great place to stay.

Perfect for our family makeup

The property was perfect for our Disney trip with our son's family (Grandkids 3 and 6). The Grandkids loved the themed bedrooms and the pool and spa. The access to the Disney parks was even better than advertised - we were in the parking lot of each in less than 15 minutes in spite of traffic.
