Exceptional in every way! Super clean, comfortable and perfect distance for the places we need to go. Seriously, the cleanest place we’ve stayed and we travel frequently. Fantastic First Time in Austin!

This 2 bed/2 bath rental is beautiful and well appointed and in the center of everything! Dan and Bill are so thoughtful with so many recommendations of things to do, see and eat in the area. It’s also a short trip to Hamilton Pool, Mt Bonnell, South Congress, UT Austin and more. Fantastic place in a great location! We will be back! Thank you!

Clean and Comfortable!

This place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed! The owners left very detailed (and helpful) notes on how to use electronics and appliances and a list of great restaurant recommendations. Good Communication and easy check-in. If I come back to Austin, I will definitely check to see if this place is available!

ATX Long Weekend

A wonderfully located and thoughtfully decorated unit located 15 minutes from everything and anything in ATX! My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed what the area had to offer. Dan and Bill were communicative upon our arrival to Austin. There are plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay outside of the downtown area!

Review of stay

We enjoyed our stay here, however, the towels were in poor condition (i.e., holes). The bath towels are also rather small for adults. We also expected more towels to be in the condo given that we were staying for a week. Other than that, we would recommend this place.

All great. Did use earplugs one Saturday night to sleep.

Love the shower pressure, big windows, comfortable bed, large bathroom...convenience, good parking... overall great. The walls are a bit thin on Saturday night with neighbors up late. Just Saturday night though. The rest of the time was peaceful.

Great place to stay and a good deal

This was a girl’s weekend, and we loved the space. It’s a very nice place, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The location wasn’t bad, but it is a short Uber or bike ride into Austin. Also anyplace nearby shuts down early, but Walgreens (in the parking lot) is open until midnight and has a great selection of snacks, beer, and wine. We really enjoyed walking to Matt’s for margaritas and a delicious lunch.
