Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious balcony, this unit offers great value! Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, central air conditioning, and parking for one vehicle. Accommodates up to 8 guests. Mini-week rentals available throughout the summer. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package with sheets and towels is available for an additional fee. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

Location was great, but it was outdated and it would’ve been appreciated if they provided at least some paper products. Ive never stayed anywhere that didn’t provide at least one roll of paper towels or toilet paper.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW

I’m going to start this by saying I did read the reviews before I booked, I understand the unit needed updating but the place was down right FILTHY! Whoever stayed there before us were pigs! The best thing about this unit was the view. It’s absolutely breathtaking, however I had to call the management company to have someone come and clean the place. The owners really need to do an overhaul. Thank goodness we had great weather.

Overall good

Overall a good stay. Condo could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. I know these are crazy and busy times but dirty dishes were in the dishwasher upon our arrival. Kinda gross. Location and balcony view was amazing.

Amazing trip and view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The biggest con was not having an elevator. We stayed for a week and had a lot of stuff. It was a major pain in the butt to carry all our stuff to the room. But we did get the amazing views at a cheaper price. I loved waking up and watching the sun come up. The photos in the listing do not do it justice. They updated all the TVs to flat screens and it looks much nicer then the pictures. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s so easy to get to the beach. The place also does not have a pool but there was one right next door. The life guard on the beach is right on the same street as the condo. I always try to sit next to the life guard because I have a kid. All the people in the complex were nice. You can also get permits to have fires on the beach. They canceled the fireworks but everyone on the beach was lighting them off and we had one of the best shows of our life. I guess they do that every year for the 4th of July. We also had 2 of my friends come and stay a night and there was plenty of space. We fit a total of 7 people. My son slept on a mat on the bedroom floor with no problems. Hearing the waves as I was falling a sleep was amazing. Cons: Ice maker broken WiFi spotty Weird step from the hallway to the kitchen. Not really a step but the floor was not even and it was easy to trip. Should be fixed ALL THE STEPS TO WALK UP Screen doors very sticky and hard to open and close Pros: Table on balcony Big balcony View from family room and bedroom Very comfortable beds Curtains in bedroom block out light

Great view and place.

The property was awesome except the sliding door screen had some damage. To many steps!!!!! Need to invest in an elevator. Overall very nice
