Welcome to the Plaza 1512! This cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Den Ocean Front Condo offers an AMAZING Direct Ocean View of the Atlantic Ocean from the Master Bedroom & Private Open Balcony. Your family of 8 will enjoy the AMAZING View, and all the amenities this condo and the Plaza has to offer. It features a fully equipped kitchen which opens up to the Dining Living Room area with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The Spacious Master Bedroom features 1-King Bed & private bath, and access to the private balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 double beds, the Living room has a Queen Sleep Sofa and the den has a double futon. Also for your convenience, the condo has a washer, dryer & dishwasher. This condo rents mini-weeks or full weeks Sunday/Thursday during prime season and any three nights off season. The Plaza offers an indoor & outdoor heated pool, kiddie pool, oceanfront lounge, half-acre sundeck, whirlpool & sauna. During the summer season, enjoy the outside bar & grill. There is a $80 non-refundable building registration fee required upon arrival at the Plaza (April 1st to October 6th). Smoking is PROHIBITED in all units, balconies and pool deck. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Only negative about our stay was the regulations on the pool use (indoor and outdoor) - kids weren’t allowed to throw balls or have pool toys in the pool, even when we were the only family using it.

Probably our favorite place that we have stayed in Ocean City. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Plus a great view of the ocean.

Very nice location with great views. The Jolly Jellyfish was convenient! The unit was good but bathrooms could stand to be updated. The kitchen light takes a good bit of time to come on, so flip the lightswitch and walk away for a few. We never could figure out how to get the light over the dining room table to come on, but for us it wasn't a big deal. Some of the outlets were a bit wonky as well.

Overall had a great stay and the location was perfect for a family with 2 young kids. This would have been TIGHT with more than our immediate family, the "den" was really the entry way which I didn't realize from the listing. Beautiful ocean front view, live music every day around 4 that we could see from the balcony. Access to the pool (indoor/outdoor) plus the beach was super convenient. The bathrooms were dated, which wasn't an ideal bath situation for the kids. We brought out the vacuum during our stay because the carpeted area didn't feel super clean. Communication was great, letting us know what was included in the kitchen, etc. and we opted for the linen package which was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed and there was even tupperware for leftovers if needed. Across the street from the grocery store and option to eat at the restaurant too. Overally we had a great time.

Weekend getaway for beach concert

The property was great, location was key! Close to everything. The pool and bar were great, didn't have to leave the "resort" but did to visit our regular restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Can't beat direct oceanview.

Great ocean views

This condo is right on the beach! Perfect to wake up and head right to the beach or sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Quiet area but also within walking distance to restaurants.

Exactly what we needed

Much more space than expected. Clean and well furnished. Location was fantastic. Being oceanfront and having a pool was perfect with the kids. Would definitely rent again.

Our vacation was great, but not long enough. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning to the indoor and outdoor pools. Then in the evening walking out onto walkway to our room on the 15th floor and looking west to watch the sunset over the bay. Absolutely amazing just looking and enjoying God’s Creation from this property! Thank you so much for everything!
