Great location for what was needed. Walls are not insulated. My neighbor appeared to be on honeymoon. Learned more than I ever wanted to know. Poor lighting in the loft. Ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work. Air was loud unable to utilize fan at night. Room was dirty— under bed was bad and sandy grit in shower. Floor was dirty. Towels had a sour smell— too much Gain. Coffee bar poorly stocked. No sugar any morning. Insane policy to charge 20.00 an hour to come early if room is already ready. Never have I heard of such a crazy policy. Fire alarm in master bedroom missing.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Right next to downtown and only a few minutes away from fast food/stores. Only 8 minutes down the road from The Morris Estate (where my friend was getting married)

Nice location near st Joe river, easy access to south bend and Swiss valley. Clean accommodations. 2nd time we've stayed here.

Great stay for a football weekend

Perfect spot to stay with friends for a football weekend. The place was clean and everything was well-kept. My only complaint is that sound travels really easily—it sounded at times like the neighbors were in our unit. Not a huge issue since we didn’t spend a ton of time in the loft, but might not be a great place to bring young kids.
