- Free parking for 3 vehicles. Any additional vehicles cost $25 each per stay.
- No parking on the street, grass, or blocking the sidewalks.

- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

Group for Cheer Competition

We had friends and family in town for cheer competitions. House was in a good location, and resort amenities were great. Very convenient to the community club house.

The house was a good size and fairly close to Disney. Unfortunately the house was very dirty. Many of the beds had sheets that had not been changed and had hair and debris in them. The countertop was sticky. The floors were dirty. There was also a toothbrush holder in the master bath that was full of some sort of liquid. We contacted the owners to let them know. They replied a few hours later and offered to have someone come out and clean the next day. By this time we were already washing the sheets and had bought a broom and cleaning supplies. Obviously we did not want to spend the night in a dirty house. I did not ask for a discount, but we were also not offered one. Other notes: Driveway really only holds one vehicle. you could probably get two end to end, but the bush next to the driveway would prevent you from opening the door on the driver side. The ancillary parking for the neighborhood is very close, so that helped. The master bathroom has a big window over the shower with no blinds. Pretty sure our neighbors could see us in the bathroom showering.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This is absolutely not the standard we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been, especially after a long day of travel. You should have arrived to a fully clean and ready home. We also apologize for the delay in our response and for not being able to resolve the situation as quickly as you needed. While we did offer to send our team the following day, we completely understand why you chose to take care of things immediately, and we regret that this impacted your stay. Your feedback regarding the linens, floors, and overall condition of the home has been taken very seriously and shared with our cleaning team so that this does not happen again. Regarding the driveway and parking, we appreciate you pointing this out, and we’re glad the nearby overflow parking was helpful. As for the bathroom window, we understand your concern and will review this to ensure guest comfort and privacy are properly addressed. We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.

Lovely property.

It’s a nice house and communication was excellent. A few upgrades are needed; the beds are uncomfortable, the fridge doesn’t cool that well, there are no wash cloths or dish towels provided. The pack and play was really soiled- thankfully we had our own mattress cover. The pool water was wonderful. The house is in a gated community was was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
