Located in Santa Barbara’s ultra beach-focused neighborhood with a plethora of bike and walking trails, rows of palm trees, and sprawling parks meeting the sand. East Beach is known for its beach volleyball courts, oceanfront resorts, and an abundance of sun. Walk to Tri-County Produce for picnic supplies then across the street for beach time, and end the day with a sunset dinner at Convivo overlooking the water. Don't forget the Santa Barbara Zoo is a short stroll away!

Built in 1911, this historic Paradise Retreats cottage offers two properties for large families and groups. The homes have been impeccably restored honoring its vintage charm while including modern conveniences. Designed for living a relaxed seaside life, the front house is filled with natural light and fresh air. The formal Living Room features plenty of seating and the attached sunroom offers additional lounging options. The Bedrooms are all expertly decorated and the primary Bedroom offers a sunny reading nook. The separate loft has its own Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry and three separate sleeping areas. The property also features a private indoor hot tub, exercise room, outdoor dining, and a grill. Stay at home and enjoy the amenities or spend time at the beach and Funk Zone!

Wow! This gorgeous home is by far the best VRBO my family and I have ever stayed in! Not only was it extremely clean but it was so cozy and comfortable with everything and more that we needed to make our family vacation great! Walkable to the cutest local grocery and to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very kind and friendly neighbors that were so helpful with local advice. The house itself had such a great energy and comfortable feel to it! Beautiful kitchen with all the cooking supplies anyone could want! And what a kind, exciting surprise to receive a beautiful gift basket with treats and gifts! I give this house the highest rating possible! Definitely an incredible place in beautiful Santa Barbara!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is the best for families or any larger group. Lots of privacy for all and yet lots of space for get- to-gathers. Beautiful property and well maintained. Close by restaurants and activities. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL
