This house is absolutely beautiful. Went there with 5 adults and 3 kids. It was spacious and perfect. Loved how much room there was, the back yard and the play room with ping pong and darts. Very convenient to get to grocery store, beach and pier. I would definitely stay there again.

This home was beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. It was especially great because we had three little ones under two years old and there was plenty of baby/toddler equipment and things for them to do. It was a great location just minutes from the beach, and there was plenty of everything in the house that you could want.Also, the owner next door could not have been more helpful and kind.Just two small things I would point out- the garage is full of great beach and sports equipment (yay!) but it doesn’t really accommodate 2 cars. So you can get 1 car in the garage, 1 car in front of the garage, then street parking.Also, there was no filtered drinking water available that I saw so we used bottled water. Otherwise, it was a great place for families who love the beach.

This place is perfection! We loved the location, the decor, the cleanliness, the layout, the comfy beds, the quality linens and towels, the well-stocked kitchen - it all added up to perfection. In my 15 years of renting from VRBO, this is the most outstanding home we've enjoyed.

The house itself is amazing with an incredible location. It was well stocked and big enough for a large group. However, the property manager wasn’t very responsive/helpful. I had to reach out for a few things including the check-in information and they took a while to respond.

Fantastic home for our family vacation

Serene-Pet friendly Santa Barbara retreat

Spacious, comfortably appointed, pet-friendly home was a welcome gathering place for our families 4-night stay. From morning coffee on the roof-top terrace, to evening dinner on the patio, and bike rides, ping pong, beach walks throughout each day. A memorable family vacation we all enjoyed.

Perfect for my birthday celebration!

This is a really special property. Located in a very quiet, tranquil neighborhood, but walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to do. Very clean, with a unique layout, perfect for my wife and me and our adult children.

Amazing Santa Barbara getaway

This is such an incredible home. It comfortably held our family group and was a gorgeous place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view is spectacular. We loved soaking in the hot tub and also being able to walk to the beach. The amenities are incredible - from bikes to beach gear. We would love to come back. Highly recommend this property for your Santa Barbara stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was in excellent condition and so clean! Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with paper products and little things like ziplock bags and coffee filters! It made traveling to this destination seamless!! We can't wait to come back!

Great location, close to town and beaches. House was spacious, nice for everyone to have their own BR and bath. Having a washer and dryer is a game changer for packing!! Nice to have the ping pong table, dart board, exercise machine and bikes! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
