Hi there. We're sorry you were confused. The home's listing description accurately states that this home has a Spa, not a hot tub. They are 2 different things, and this home's spa does not have a separate heater. The spa water will be the same temperature as the pool water. The home was as advertised.

When we arrived the cleaning crew was just finishing up getting the home ready for us. They were extremely friendly and did an exceptional job. The property was very nice. The pool was awesome. We had our family down for a week and there was plenty of room and very comfortable. The service team that took care of the property was simply Outstanding.Their response time and follow through was excellent.We didn’t have any serious issues but all our concerns were addressed quickly. Overall we had agreat vacation!!!

Villa was not cleaned properly. We found dog hair everywhere. The pool was filthy. Reached out to get cleaned and they sent someone out but it did no justice. We was not able to use pool during stay. The communication was bad took my wife multiple calls to get our issues looked at. We do not recommend this rental unless you plan to do a lot of cleaning during stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously and want to provide some additional context for future guests. On the afternoon of your check-in, we identified a pool issue and communicated this to you right away so you had full transparency before settling in. The pool was undergoing treatment at that time, which did result in temporary cloudiness for approximately the first 36 hours. However, it remained clean, properly balanced, and safe to swim in throughout your entire stay. Our pool team was onsite daily to monitor conditions and ensure everything stayed within safe standards. Regarding the interior, when you reported pet hair, we immediately sent a cleaning manager to the home that same evening. Following inspection and photos taken after service, only a very minimal amount of hair was found and addressed. In addition, we provided a goodwill refund for both the initial cleanliness concern and the temporary pool cloudiness as part of our commitment to guest satisfaction. We always aim to respond promptly and resolve concerns as they arise, and we regret that your experience did not meet expectations.

Host was receptive to email requests.Pool area furniture dated and no railings on pool stairs or by hot tub.Seating in Living room limited to couch that was very low and one chairbeds were goodbath towels were basic kitchen supplies were limitedlisting stated basic supplies provided and they meant that. 1 garbage bag and all glass dining tables and no cleaning products to keep clean.If you are driving and can bring stuffthis house would be perfect but if u r flying in it’s to lay out for basic stuff that you cant take home with you.house was nice and layout was nicewith the 3 bathrooms and accommodating 10.

It was a great stay. Spacious house. Very easy to navigate. We rent 3-4 a year and this was one of the easiest ones start to finish.

Great stay

I love that the villa was near all shopping so we didn't have travel far. The master room was comfortable but there was a issue with getting bit by either spiders or mosquitoes I had to do some dusting due to spider webs were near the top of the bed and the outside pool area was comfortable but someone should either pressure or do more deep cleaning due to the fan has a lot of spider webs as well as around the top area by the pool but other then that everything else was great and the check process was easy and checking out
