Annual OC vacation

The unit was wonderful. Plenty of space and location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Only concern was there was “zero “ toilet paper in unit, not even a small amount in the holder for when you first arrive. But other than that the unit was fantastic

Mixed Review

The unit was clean however the listing states there are “ceiling fans” which last time I checked means multiple. The unit came with 1 ceiling fan in the living room. The furniture and appliances are dated. And because the sliding doors are so old we could hear the traffic outside. I ended up downloading a white noise app which helped when sleeping. Great location to see July 4th fireworks and great waking distance to the beach.

Close to the beach, but…

You get what you pay for. Close to the beach. Plenty of space. Inexpensive. But, old and outdated property and furniture. Not dirty but not clean either. We cleaned the place when we got there to bring it up to live-able. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you are looking for a cheap place to stay at the beach, this’ll do the trick. Management company is responsive.
