Fall in Breckenridge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had extended family gatherings from CA, UT,AZ CO and MA. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and then some. The convenience of the shuttle down the street made getting around easy. We saw a mama and baby moose from the side yard. And a papa moose when we were walking back from the shuttle!Communication was done well, we had no issues.

We had a group of 15 ranging from age 4 to 73 and everyone found the perfect room to stay in. Lots of steps though so be prepared to do your climbing. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable.

We chose this home based on the photos and it was so beautiful just like the pictures. We had a house full enjoying Thanksgiving in such beautiful surroundings. Family vacation- July 2026

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently spent a week-long family vacation at Bear Tracks Lodge with eight adults and five children, ages 7 to 16. The home provided plenty of space for everyone, and both our grandchildren and adult children thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, theater room, and hot tub.One of the highlights of our stay was seeing bears and moose near the property, which was especially exciting for our family. With numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, the lodge comfortably accommodated our three-generation group.There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, including a dishwasher that only worked on the short cycle, a freezer compartment that was not cooling adequately, and a sauna that was not functioning. However, the River Ridge Rentals staff was very responsive and addressed most of these issues promptly while we were there.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Bear Tracks Lodge for a Breckenridge vacation.

Great property for family

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes from peak 8 and main Street. Clean, cozy, stocked kitchen. Great amenities. Utilized the pool table, hot tub and theatre. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family ski trip

Great house and location. Easy walk or ski down to 4 o’clock run to the 3 o’clock lift. Similar easy to ski home. House had great living space open to the kitchen and perfect for hanging out and playing games. Would definitely recommend.
