We had a wonderful stay in your home. The house was a perfect size to accommodate our whole family withput stepping on each other. And my kids loved the themed rooms. The home and neighborhood were both beautiful. The location of the home is close enough to the DisneyWorld parks, but far enough away that we did not have the traffic of the parks. The onsite water park was a fantastic addition to our vacation.

The overall stay was ok. The communication with the property manager was great. The only small concerns were the sheets were not clean in one of the bedrooms and the light fixture in one of the rooms needs repare. Nice area and nice location.

Not very good

The house was not clean when got there. We had issues with the dishwasher, did not work all week, upstairs master bedroom and main washroom had no electricity most of the week. Email management but no response. We were in the dark most of the week. This management company clearly did not care on how they teat their guest. I will never stay here agai .thanks

The house was very comfortable and spacious I loved the kitchen I wished it didn’t rain I wanted to go to the water park the only thing I didn’t like was some of the amenities didn’t work as it should have and we couldn’t leave because they didn’t leave a code to lock the door but overall it was great!!!

Horrible stay

My stay here was not what i expected it to be. I reached out about the water filter on the refrigerator not working, never heard back. There were no cooking mitts or utensils. There were mice running around which we ended to getting mice traps to catch them. There were no broom or dust pan to clean. I had to purchase a broom and dustpan. I reached out about extending my stay for another week but did not get an email back, so i ended up finding another home to stay in. I asked for a late checkout due to my flight being changed and was only given an extra hour to checkout. There was no toilet paper when i arrived in some of the bathrooms. I will never stay here again due to the lack of communication while staying in the home. Communication is key, very bad customer service!!!!

Disgustingly filthy

This property was so dirty I had to purchase sheets to place over the sofa in order for my family to sit without concern. Also, the property manager threatened to kick my family out because I complained that he refused to have the property cleaned again. I also requested to move and was told there wasn’t another property available. I told him that I would fight the cleaning charges with my credit card company because the property was it cleaned. He threatened to lock my family out. We were there for the funeral of my mother-in-law and I had to beg him not to kick us out. I am furious and still feel abused by him. I have pictures to prove how dirty the property was and I even sent them to him. He refused to do anything other than provide more sheets and towels. I’m disgusted and hope to hear from someone soon.

Awesome Home

This was an Awesome Home it was so clean, up to date appliances and so spacious and beautiful it had everything we needed and so much more. We had an awesome time and coming home to the warm pool helped with relaxation. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful resort style amenities included. I recommend this home to everyone you will not be disappointed. Thank you for allowing us the stay at your beautiful home. ❀We will be back again

Perfect Villa

This property was excellent! Plenty of room for our family to spread out! The pool right in the backyard was a huge plus! Super clean! We were close to all the parks! The clubhouse area was super nice as well. Loved having a full kitchen as well. We highly recommend this property!

The house is very nice!! Due to VRBOS incompetence this house was a last minute choice. But a great choice we made for the remainder of our week. The only downfall is the listed address is not correct. It’s 1180 challenge dr reunion fl, not 1180 challenger drive Davenport fl
