The unit was exactly is photographed and listed. A little confusing on how to get to the location. Easy access to the beach. Awful lines for the elevator that were extremely slow, hot, and crowded, no reflection to the host or unit owner just in general. Plenty of space, only recommendations would be for more towels/wash clothes, had to wash daily. And, black out curtains for the master bedroom, 6am it was very bright.

Spacious! Great Location!

Facing the gulf, this condo sleeps 6 comfortably! Washer and dryer in unit kept me from having to pack a lot. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s and Walmart plus much more. Would recommended!!!

Good price for the condo. Access to the elevators were the biggest concern. Stayed on the 18th floor and at times had to use the stairs after waiting for the elevators for 15 minites at times. Traffic was also a concern.

Great location!! Cozy! I’m scared of heights but the balcony was big so my fear wasn’t overwhelming. The only issue is the bathroom sinks. I figured glass was in one(missing mirror) causing it to fill up fast. Not sure what was in the other

Nice Condo

We loved the condo. My only complaint is the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and whatever the mattress is wrapped in it is so loud while sleeping. I think it’sa mattress protector. We actually ended up sleeping on the pull out couch the last night. The towels were very plush and soft! Everything was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Location is definitely in a party scene area but it is entertaining to watch from the balcony at night. Elevators were a complete nightmare! We did enjoy our trip.

Nice Condo, But...

The condo unit itself is very nice. Exactly as described and the balcony view of the Gulf is gorgeous. Showers and beds were wonderful. The only problem with the unit is that the bunks are right next to the AC and the compressor is very loud. This was an issue for my light sleeper. The five pools on the property are clean and well-kept. This property definitely has a party-vibe and is better for older families. While security was plentiful, it was spring break and drugs, loud music and drinking were prevalent. The property is in the center of a lot of action. Check-in also took more than an hour as there was just one receptionist. As much as I wanted to enjoy this property-there were good qualities--we won't be back; but I am old and prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment. If you are a partier than this is the place for you!

Recommendations: More silverware is needed or bring your own plastic ware. There weren’t enough for a family to have a meal, let alone go a day without washing all the dishes. Provide curtains over bedroom window. The sun is very bright and warm very early in the morning. Providing a modest amount of cleaning supplies (kitchen spray, bathroom, mini vaccum) would help keep the place clean and prepared for check out. Pros: The condo was clean. The living room is very spacious - plenty of room for air mattress if needed. Beautiful beach view from patio. We loved the main pool. It has a bar and grill, a lot of umbrellas, good vibes. Safe area. Across the street from Pineapple Willy’s and the beach. A drive across the street to Walmart. Cons of the resort: The elevators. My goodness. There’s only 2 for the whole resort. On check in and out days, we waited more than 30 minutes :( The parking garage has its own separate elevator and then you have to walk to the resort and get on that elevator. If you have luggage or a wagon, only 3-4 ppl can get on the elevator at a time. We had to bring a wagon to haul groceries bc the parking, walking, and elevator processes are a journey. The host was top notch. Super responsive and accommodating- would stay in any of his properties due to his care. The condo itself 5/5 star. The inconveniences at the resort itself with the elevators, a pain. May be different if we weren’t on such a tight schedule for the World Series.

Gulf view high rise condo

The condo was great! It was very clean and updated, just lovely. We had everything we needed. The view was awesome. The pools were great. The only negative was the complex's elevators. Some weren't working and the wait was so long (esp during the weekend) that I walked up 18 floors (once). I carried luggage down 18 floors because the line of people at the elevator said they had waited 30 min already. Other than the elevators we loved our stay.

Spectacular

Starting from the host the experience was impecable. Called and was informed in detail about everything. Upon arrival he called to let my husband and I know the room was ready ahead of time due to us arriving early. The room was super clean and fresh. Not your typical rental. Here it is more homely spacious and fully packed home away from home. Amazing balcony view Had to do no driving because it's literally across the street from the beach and also an awesome restaurant/bar and within walking distance from a Walmart.

Great Condo!

Property manager on site was kind, helpful & attentive. The condo itself was very clean & just as nice as the pictures. We are a family of three & cleanliness is a must when traveling with our 1 year old toddler (especially during COVID). I was not only pleased to see the condo so nice and clean upon arrival, but also, sanitary wipes on every table (near remote controls) and nightstands. It was a great extra touch. The provided towels for the bathrooms and beach were plush. And plentiful! We cooked in the rooms for most meals, and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. The condo had coffee & tea provided as well. Master bed was comfortable. The pools were nice & the water light show on the lake was fun! The only complaint I have about the property was that the kiddie pool’s water was a little dirty & the butterfly slide was broken. There was ripped caution tape hanging off of it and that was unattractive & causing that area to look dangerous. I hope the property can repair that soon. My son was disappointed the slide wasn’t working. I would certainly recommend this particular condo to others. It was the perfect size for a small family like ours. We rent condos often for vacations & it can be hit or miss. But this one was definitely a hit! Thank you to the owners & property managers for an excellent vacation.
