The Spring Park Pool is seasonal and managed by the Town of Green Cove Springs. An additional fee is required.



Pet Friendly - pets less than 25 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. Max is 2. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Certain Boats, RV's or Trailers may be allowed - maximum is 1 week. Must be approved in advance, based on size.



**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.

This is a clean comfortable apartment. It is not fancy but very adequate for our needs. The smoke detector kept going off at random times without any smoke. If my husband wasn't 6'8" tall we would have been in trouble. The location was close to my daughter's house and very convenient for us. The price was reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

As we mentioned before, the wrong work order was entered in our system, so our cleaners ended up preparing the wrong unit. Since we have three units in the complex, wires unfortunately got crossed this time. We know that doesn’t change the inconvenience it caused you, and we truly apologize again. We did issue the full refund right away, and we’ve already added some extra checks with our cleaning team to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Very spacious, clean. Easy check in and out process. Plenty of parking. We were 6 adults and there was enough room for us too not be on top of each other. The master bathroom is smaller than expected, small standing tub, but it would be considered handicap equipped. We were there 6 nights and never heard a neighbors door slammed, running or anytype of noise. It was so quiet, we paid for a fan to be delivered by Walmart, to the apartment! We were never disturbed. One of the cleanest, modest and “at home” feelings, stay, within my 23 years with home away/vrbo. Thank you Mr Bart!

Close to Clay Theater

Had a wedding at the Clay Theater so was looking for a place that was close. This property was perfect for that. Location is very close to the Clay Theater but is a little sketchy. Weird neighbors and is located right by a rehab center. The property has quiet hours which was nice.

We are across the street from Kindred Hospital of North Florida. - in an apartment complex! Not sure what is sketchy about that? We have 3 short term rentals in the complex, right by each other. Very sorry you thought the other guests were weird! We welcome any guests that book with us. Kindred Hospital is a great facility - they specialize in patients that need extended rehabilitation from major surgeries, organ transplants, pulmonary/respiratory care, etc. We are always happy to answer any questions guests may have before they book with us! Christmas at Green Cove Springs

We enjoyed our Christmas. It was low-key. Thursday night we did the trolley light ride In St. Augustine. Friday morning we enjoyed breakfast at Sunrise and Sunset. Friday night we enjoyed a great dinner at BJ’s in Jacksonville. Homemade pancakes for Christmas breakfast, nibbles for lunch and an easy Christmas dinner. Our senior chocolate lab really enjoyed his trip as well. Accommodations were great.

The master bed was very short. There was a water leak in master bath. Was very disappointed how it was cleaned up. Or should I say the carpet stayed wet in master for 2 days.

Well Phillip, when you plug the toilet as you said you did, and overflow the toilet and also flood into the apartment next to you - it's going to take time for it to get cleaned up when you wait for a full day before telling anyone! A little misleading

Overall it was a nice clean place. Very well stocked. They even provided cute toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies so if you happen to forget something there is backup. The only disappointment was although it says walkable pool area and with the posted pictures it seemed like this was in housing community. It is not. The pool is in a cute town park that is a five minute drive away so the walk would be longer and you would have to cross highway 17 if you were walking with children. There is also a small fee to swim. Though when we did find the park it was pretty with the river and the pier.

Thanks for staying with us Renee, we do always find it unfortunate when a guest doesn't read the property listing, photo captions or even click on the website link for the pool that is included in our description - which results in comments like yours - and then makes your review misleading. As noted in our headline it is the "Town Pool", the photo captions with those photos note that it is in Spring Park which is a few blocks away and there is a daily entrance fee, which is also noted right in our description with the link to their website for more information - which is why we have all of that in there. We think it's wonderful that the small town of Green Cove Springs even has a riverfront park, playground, splash pad and spring fed pool! And yes, it is available to the public for a small fee - which helps the Town of Green Cove Springs pay for upkeep! It is a 4 block walk from the apartment and while you do have to cross US 17 - we are a small, rural town and the speed is 35 mph with stop signs, traffic lights, etc. so you simply cross at the cross-walk! Our aerial photos of our complex do not show the pool being on the grounds and we specify that it is, in fact, at Spring Park, which is a few blocks away. We enjoy hosting our guests! Our wonderful little town of Green Cove Springs has fun restaurants, places to fish, enjoy the riverfront, rent a paddleboard, just to name a few! We always suggest guests fully read the listing that their host has spent time & effort to create so they select the place that is best for their visit instead of skimming a few photos - making an assumption and then booking for price - only to be disappointed!
