Notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour vos aventures à Chattanooga. Idéalement situé dans le centre-ville de Chattanooga à proximité des restaurants, de la musique, de la riviÚre et à quelques pùtés de maisons de l'Université du Tennessee à Chattanooga. 1800 pc avec plan d'étage ouvert au premier niveau. Récemment rénové avec des meubles confortables, wi-fi, cùble et laveuse / sécheuse. Grand porche couvert au niveau principal et espace de pont privé hors de la chambre à l'étage. Chambre à l'étage king a salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche combo. La chambre de la Reine à l'étage a salle de bain complÚte avec douche et terrasse privée pour le café du matin ou un cocktail l'aprÚs-midi. La chambre du bas offre deux lits doubles. Demi-bain situé au premier niveau. Le concept de vie à aire ouverte, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont parfaits pour recevoir et visiter aprÚs une belle journée d'exploration de la ville. Une cuisine bien équipée est parfaite pour manger à l'intérieur. Den a plafond de deux étages en plein essor avec cheminée à gaz pour cosy jusqu'à. Nous avons une belle terrasse située juste à cÎté de la cuisine. Nous sommes situés à quelques pùtés de maisons de l'UTC et de l'hÎpital d'Erlanger. PrÚs de l'école McCallie. TrÚs proche de la Southside, Chattanooga Choo Choo et Finely Stadium. Les clients aiment notre emplacement!

Couple of days in town

Spent a couple of days in Chattanooga with our college-aged kids. Hiking, rock climbing, and shopping. Found nice coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. House is beautiful, had everything we needed. Owner responded instantly when we needed a little help getting in on arrival.

Chattanooga has been incredibly special to me, and the MLK neighborhood in particular holds a unique place in my heart. When I first invested in this home, I saw more than just a property — I saw a neighborhood with history, character, and tremendous potential.
My love for the MLK neighborhood started when I was a student at UTC. Over the years, I’ve continued investing in additional homes in the MLK area because I truly believe in its growth, its residents, and its future. It’s been exciting to watch the neighborhood evolve while still preserving its authentic character.
My commitment goes beyond property ownership. I joined the MLK Neighborhood Board several years ago because I wanted to be actively involved in supporting the community and advocating for its continued improvement. Being part of the board has allowed me to champion responsible growth while honoring the neighborhood’s history and the people who call it home.
Hosting guests here allows me to share a part of Chattanooga that I genuinely care about. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home where visitors can enjoy everything downtown has to offer while experiencing one of the city’s most dynamic and historic areas.

I’m grateful to be part of this community and look forward to welcoming you.

I chose the MLK neighborhood because I saw its potential long before much of the growth began. It’s one of Chattanooga’s most historic and centrally located areas, and I was drawn to its character, architecture, and proximity to downtown, the Riverfront, and UTC.

Over the years, I’ve invested in several homes here because I genuinely believe in this neighborhood and its future. MLK has a strong sense of community, and there’s real pride among the residents who live here — from long-time homeowners to the students who bring energy and life to the area.

We especially love the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga students who call MLK home. They are such an important part of the neighborhood’s vitality, and their presence adds a dynamic, engaged spirit to the community.

As the area continues to grow and improve, I’ve stayed actively involved by serving on the MLK Neighborhood Board. Being part of the board allows me to support responsible development and advocate for both residents and guests. It’s important to me that the neighborhood remains welcoming, well cared for, and respectful of everyone who lives and visits here.

This isn’t just a place I invested in — it’s a neighborhood I’m proud to be part of.

The home offers the comfort and space that groups need — open living areas for gathering, multiple bedrooms for privacy, a covered front porch, and a private upstairs deck. It’s designed to feel welcoming and easy, whether you’re here for a wedding, a UTC event, a family visit, or a weekend exploring downtown Chattanooga.

Another unique advantage is that we own a second home directly across the street. For larger groups, reunions, or wedding parties, both homes can be reserved to comfortably accommodate extended families and friends while still allowing everyone their own space.

Because I’m deeply invested in the MLK neighborhood and serve on the neighborhood board, I take pride in maintaining a well-managed, clean, and respectful property that fits thoughtfully into the community.

This isn’t just a rental — it’s a home that’s been cared for with intention, in a neighborhood I truly believe in.
