** En 2019, la piscine sera fermée du 9 au 16 septembre. Chaque année, la piscine sera fermée pendant une semaine à partir du deuxiÚme lundi du mois.

Profitez des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan avant de la véranda privée et salon de ce condo d'une chambre. Il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée qui est parfait pour la préparation des repas pour dßner dans ou à emporter avec vous lors de vos déplacements. La chambre a un lit king size, permettant à cette unité pour accueillir jusqu'à deux (2) personnes. Le salon est un grand espace ouvert qui ouvre à la véranda privée. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo. Cette propriété a une piscine et un barbecue. TAT # 056-419-9424-01

We had an AMAZING time here!! Our unit room had the BEST spectacular view we could've ever imagined. It was mostly windy and rainy in Feb, so next time, we'll be sure to come later in the year! Otherwise, best memories we'll take back! For delicious food, please check out Lahaina Grill ($$$$) and Threes Bar and Grill ($$).

No to 223 and Maui Coondo and Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 223 was very outdated and in poor condition. Management company didn't seem to care. Even SIA said he wouldn't stay in 223 but yet put their customers in this unit. Gave a list twice to Maui Condo and Home about all the things needing attention and was told the owner had no intentions of updating or fixing anything. Compensation should be given. We love Sugar Beach Resort but would never stay in unit 223 again or deal with Maui Condo and Home. The only positive of this unit was the view from the lanai.

Noisy vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went for my first time to Hawaii. I was so excited. I have been waiting over 30 years. Then I arrived. I missed snorkeling due to building renovations that the building managers had no idea were happenening? How can you run a business and not know about renovation? Nothing had been said prior to us encountering the noise. When brought to their attention they tried offering us $200. Not a good compromise for missing events I had paid for because of lack of sleep. Keep in mind I go to bed early and wake up early. Before 6am is too early for these events. Had I known about renovations I would not have booked at this location. I went to get peace for a week... I had to buy a $140 massage because the way the bed was. Very soft but ocean waves. I got a kink and mixed with the time change, noise from 5 something Hawaii time to 5pm, was left with a migraine. 3 days of this and paid over $3000 for the view for 7 days, was disappointed with the lack of communication, empathy, and the way it was handled. "Sorry we didn't know." I can give you 200. Which we didn't get because I asked to move to a different hotel. They said they would transfer me to another which was not the least bit appealing. Run down and cheaper if you look online. Me neither divide 3000 by 7 and you get $400 and some odd dollars. Multiply by 3 and you get $1200 wasted dollars not to mention the missing snorkeling trip for the 2 of us. Scuba was the best! Wish I could have enjoyed my whole trip.

We ALWAYS love Sugar Beach Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Sugar Beach resort MANY times and will not stay anywhere else in Maui. However, Unit 223 was a bit disconcerting. Many of the kitchen cabinets were locked, including a row installed over the bar counter, which blocked the air conditioning in the kitchen (so it was very cold) and left the living room hot because the cool air was confined to the kitchen. We will not stay in that condo again.

It's all about the location but...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went late April early May.The good: Clean. location right on the beach, sunset viewing from your room, fully stocked condo. Pool and hot tub at the resort with an activity center on the premesis. Plenty of good safe parking.The bad: place needs a new bed pronto; it's a double twin put together and really stiff. We never slept good at all. The AC barely works because it's blocked by a cabinet in the living room and we didn't feel it in the bedroom at all.

August 2019 Stay

This was my 5th or 6th time visiting Maui, 3rd time at Sugar Beach. I came alone for a week and loved every minute. The condo was perfect for me, just the right size and it had everything I needed and wanted. There is even a lounge chair on the lanai for times I wanted to lie in the sun without walking down to the beach, pool or lawn. The host provided little soaps and shampoos, and there were plenty of towels and bedding. There was even a beach towel. I will be back, and I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Maui :)

we loved this place the location and the condo was perfect. The staff were helpful and very kind. There was one lady in the office that helped with bookings heavier set blonde that was very rude. She walked in while we were having a couples massage was very loud and disrespectful ruined the whole experience. When i spoke with her about it her answer was they should have locked the door while in session not my problem. So after paying 180 dollars she didnt care bit we did. Other than that one thing everything was perfect. Love the private beach at the resort!
