1950s Beach Cottage Unit C

Come enjoy this cute and cozy 1950's beach cottage only a couple of blocks from the beach, Isle of Palms restaurants and night life. Two blocks away from the Harris Teeter grocery store and just steps away from Café Paname with the most delicious lates and croissants one can find! After a breathtaking sunset or sunrise you can walk to a number of excellent restaurants - no need for Uber during your stay.

This unit is a cozy 350 square feet and has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen bed pull out couch. It has a small dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. This place is fully equipped for great stay by the beach. Just bring your clothes, flip flops and relax for a great time in Isle of Palms!

If you need more room check out Apt B it has 2 bedrooms! You could rent unit A the other 1 bedroom as well as Unit B the 2 bedroom and then with Unit C you will have total of 4 bedrooms and the entire triplex!

This cottage sleeps a maximum occupancy of 4 - however, please note one of the beds is a pullout sofa in a very small living room space. Maximum occupancy is suggested only if children are in the reservation.

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available for rent from Iocal partners.

All renters are required to sign the digital rental agreement provided by the property management company.

We had a very good stay at the cottage. It was very clean and in an excellent location. Now I'm very nit picky so I pay attention to details that may not bother other people. The parking space is on the side of the property, it was visible as we came around the corner on Oak Harbor Blvd.. We weren't prepared to empty the dehumidier container (every other day) which was kinda heavy. The views in the front of the cottage are beautiful however, the views behind the cottage are of the neighbors property and I'll just say that it isn't very well maintained so keep the blinds closed. Overall, we really did enjoy our staywe enjoyed our stay and will likely come back.

This cottage is charming! The location is excellent and the neighborhood very quiet. Easy access to everything! The unit was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. The 2 of us would stay here again; book the adjacent unit if you have a party larger than 2. The communication with the owner/manager was also terrific. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great Stay

The property was exactly as shown. So nicely decorated, perfect size for two people. Very comfortable mattress and couch. Location is great for everything. We were in unit C and had no noise from the road. Great place to stay.
