Incredible location and accommodations. It’s hard to see the value of staying at a resort when this place puts you right in the middle of everything and has all your family needs to make a great trip. Fully stocked kitchen, direct beach access, no crowds, proximity to great restaurants and golf course, and amazing views. I’ll be back.

We had a great stay with 5 people in this 3 bedroom condo. The kitchen is awesome and has lots of dishes and glasses. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great to freshen up towels as needed. The view is fantastic and access to the beach is easy. We rented a car to get aroubd to activites, buy groceries and enjoy a few dinners out is beautiful Grace Bay.

Chill Family Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in TCI. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed being on the beach and relaxing in the beautiful water. Our teenagers liked having their own space to chill in and we had amazing fishing adventure.

Caroline was extremely responsive and provided great outline of everything we needed to know in advance. We loved the location and ambiance. Perfect spot for 2 families with kids sharing the 2nd floor.

Perfectly situated right on the beach

The condo is perfectly situated on the widest stretch of Grace Bay beach, walking distance (either down the beach or on the road) to everything. Condo is clean and well stocked. 3 bedrooms are separated from each other which was perfect for our all-adult family vacation. 5th stay on Grace Bay beach but first at this condo--we will be back.

the condo was very nice and comfortable. We were six adults, for the future I think you need to supply more towels for the beach and showers. If you replace the ripped couch on the terrace, I think the condo would show nicely. We had a great 5 days!

Hi Susan, Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that you did not reach out to me regarding your concern about towels as this could have been rectified with delivery of more towels to suit your needs. We generally supply 8 sets of towels and 8 beach towels for our guests. When a guest requires more they just reach out and we gladly deliver more. Caribbean weather does take a toll on outdoor furniture but we would never allow it to get to an unusable state. There is already a new outdoor lounge set ordered and we are awaiting its arrival on island. We are glad you found the condo to be very nice and comfortable and hope to host you in the future! Thank you for your feedback.

Wonderful vacation stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at the Grandview. The condo was very spacious and the location is perfect. We never had to worry about chairs at the pool or beach like we did at other resorts. This place is really a quiet, hidden gem on beautiful Grace Bay! Caroline was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We hope to return!
