We’re sorry the unit was not clean and ready when you arrived, and that you had to move to other accommodations. We understand how disappointing it was to lose the oceanfront location you had booked. We also appreciate your consideration for our staff by declining additional housekeeping given your child's illness. We're glad our team was able to refund the $50 inspection fee, but we recognize that this did not make up for the inconvenience you experienced. Additionally, we apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered with the shower. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these concerns can be addressed.
