Great place to host our large family all together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Everyone had room, and the host was very attentive and accommodating.

The property was not as clean as expected. There were many bugs on the property. The property would benefit from pest control services. There were also several wasp nests in the backyard underneath the back porch.

River house Stay

We really enjoyed this house, perfect for family with kids. The game room was fun and the pool was beautiful. We are thinking about making this a tradition and trying to stay at this house every year!

Enjoyed our stay overall

The house was spacious and had plenty of room to accommodate our family. The kids loved the game room and the pool.The host was very attentive and took care of our questions and concerns. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

This property was a great stay for twenty friends! The pool and outdoor space was perfect. The kitchen and open dining areas were great for a large group as well.

Perfect place

This was the perfect weekend get away. We had a wonderful time - there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The cooking pans were large enough to cook for the whole group and we loved the open living, dining, and kitchen that gave us a great way to be together. The pool was clean and inviting. The view was perfect.

Great Family Weekend!

Perfect size and location for our extended family of 16 members.(8 adults & 8 kids) The pool was a big hit in this summer heat. They also loved the kayaks and paddle boards.

The house was perfect for our annual family get together. The pool was beautiful and we can only imagine how great it will be when the dam is fixed. We would definitely come back. S’mores by the fire pit at night was a hit. Check in instructions and host support was great as well.

The house was large and there was plenty of room for our entire family (20). The grandkids enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. We had a minor issue and the host responded immediately and it was fixed within an hour.

Perfect weekend home

We took a group of my daughters closest friends to celebrate her up coming marriage to this property for the weekend. Everyone was blown away by the amazing home itself but also, all the amenities, unique arrangements for sleeping , the multi level backyard landscaping and the beautiful view. We will definitely stay here again…. Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway!

Awesome place

We stayed at this property in Seguin, Texas, in December, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—close enough to San Antonio for day trips but far enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.The house itself is ideal for families. The open spaces are beautifully designed for socializing, making it easy to connect with loved ones while still having plenty of room to spread out. Whether it was gathering in the living room or enjoying meals together, the layout made our time extra special.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking to have a great time together

Great House!

Plenty of space for large groups. Pool and hot tub were clean and taken care of. Some light bulbs were out and needed replacement. WiFi instructions were missing and took some back and forth to figure out which router/password. Clean rooms/bathrooms. Cool game room! Overall great place!

River getaway

The house and location were great - of note however is that the river here is low due to the dam construction that is ongoing - I wish that was made clear in the home description. Also - coffee maker didn't work in main house but there was a spare in the boat house.

Spring Break 24

We had a great time! The house and location were awesome! The house was spacious and open. Beautiful master bedroom and bath. We would definitely come back again. The kids loved playing in the garage. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the pool, so we were happy to have the hotub. Only negatives were no working icemakers, couches a bit stained and dirty. Our friends staying in the shed bedroom complained about the ac window unit being too loud to use at night. The title of this house rental includes 'kayaks', but they were old and broken with no paddles. Definitely hope to come back when the water levels are back up- but even with the water down, it was still great!

Not as it seems

The boathouse had a sewer smell when we arrived. The ping pong table was broken and paddles/balls missing. The property manager worked very hard at fixing the problems. Sewer problem repaired. Paddles/balls replaced. But, the mattresses are very uncomfortable-like cement and memory foam had a baby. And the boathouse doesn’t have a working toilet. There was a sign in the bathroom that read “very sensitive toilet please put ALL toilet paper in trash can.” Seriously!!!
